I would not encourage anyone to shop at fasttech anymore they have hit the crapper.

led displays, one 510 adapter, an igow, are lost in space, no tracking, no replies, another gift certificate incident the gift certificate is 0.00 and it should have cash on it. No replies, none, so I would tell someone no do not buy there anymore. Thought I would be ok since no batteries or anything that looks like a battery but no I was not special and orders will not get through it seems. 2 weeks have passed and no tracking no replys. They had no problem taking my cash up front knowing they have issues so paypal will get a dispute thingy if no reply in a few days or so..

Stuck in acceptance over a month.

4 days and still no response since they offered me a Gift cert. (not a refund)

If this was an isolated incident I would say go ahead and order. Unfortunately, it is becoming the norm. I have to agree with you. Some one asked me about FT yesterday and I told them to run away. It has gotten to the point where the savings just aren't worth the hassle.

If FT says it is genuine then it is genuine. You have to watch out for words like "style" or generic terms like vivi nova or evod.

And while I'm being negative at Ft let me tell you about the Gillet razors.

They are complete junk. When I first tried........... Ah the heck with the review.

I order liquids from Zainy occasionally and they have problems too. They dropped China Post and Singapore Post altogether and only offered EMS which was around $30 US but doable if you had enough quantity. I had an EMS shipment of liquids kicked back after a week and then resent and was delivered in 6 days flat. After that they have now changed to DHL only for liquid deliveries with a minimum charge of almost $58 US which is ridiculous.

I'm really hoping that 2014 will get better, its almost like they are trying to discourage anyone buying from them.

Several of us have them now from FT. Mine arrived on Sunday and hasn't left my little fist since. Beautiful little guy. Absolutely authentic and definitely worth it.

Ok, decided to try a Mach 3 razor from FT after reading this..

Yep, I agree. Worse shave than I was getting from my weeks old razor that was on there. That's too bad, won't be saving money in that area.

The FT razor also didn't click into the handle like it should, but stayed on without issue at least.

Not disagreeing, but simply adding - It is not just Fasttech or just a few e-cig suppliers. Been reading around a bit and suppliers all over China that sell anything including batteries are being hit and hit hard.
So, for me, China Customs service is every bit as much(equally) responsible for allowing this to escalate to the point it has reached. They ignored their own regulations and world agreements until pressured by outside forces to comply.
Turning a blind eye for economic profit is no better than attempting to circumvent a non-policed policy.

ETA - I have some Magnets and a magnifying visor I can't seem to get out of China due to Deal Extreme being under scrutiny.
