Oh Vapy days! My MVP is billowing vapor in my dirty little hands. Can't add much that wasn't already said about it. The button wobble just irritates every little ADD addled cell in my body. I'll be pulling that mod on it asap.

ordered 6/21/2013
package accepted in HK 6/25
scanned in SF 6/26
Grubby little hands 7/3

To the whole waiting, ordering, money thing. This is a MASSIVE outfit. They buy and sell on numbers out ahead of themselves all the time. That is the way it is. They are moving ten of thousands of packages at a time in several categories of items. It is the way it is. It may seem shady but they run a pretty tight ship and almost every one I have heard of who has had any kind of problem has had it addressed ( again, not always fast as some would like). It's kind of like the McDonald's of gadgets. Don't expect a mom and pop type experience. That is why I think rank beginners are better off going to a brick and mortar. Unfortunately, that is not always possible. The closest one to me is over an hour away.

Any way, that's my rant FWIW

Ok....so after hitting the panic button last night in regard to the location of my order.....I got it today!!:vapor: For anyone who has not purchased either the SVD or MVP I encourage you to do so. I bought the MVP two weeks ago at a B&M (paid $45 more than FT) it works great and the Battery lasts forever! SVD arrived today, so far so good. I own 4 provaris, and dont get me wrong I love them all. But you can't beat the price point of the innokin APV's. Providing they last a while.

Thank you, Counsel. ;-)

I do understand. It just ticks me off to high heaven, that's all.

Know what you mean and sympathise. I've had stuff delayed - but I console myself with the fact that it costs me MUCH less than it would elsewhere. My Kanger Protank cost me $9.72.

Got in a couple of packages today, both ordered June 21, 2013, so 13 days I think. I have only one package outstanding from the same period, and it'll probably get here Friday, we'll see. What else do I want to order from Fasttech? an MVP and an SVD, another Ucan...that's about it. They're out of express kits on the iTaste 3.0, I already have three, need two more, but they're selling in $40 kits, and we can get them from IVape for $35, so I'll go that route. I understand everyone's point of view here the last few pages. Forewarned is fore-armed. Think I'm substantially ok with the delays and their methodology. My two cents.

I'm sure you didn't mean this to come off nearly as condescending or DBaggy as it did, right?

I don't think there are any "rank beginners" involved in this discussion. I could be wrong, but...regardless...

Ummmm....I wasn't addressing any one, just saying it is a good idea for rank beginners to go to a real shop if they can. There are several people commenting on the issue and the comment wasn't aimed at any one, sorry if you took it personally. In all likelihood, I am one of the newest vapors in this conversation.

I'm glad I went to the shop for my first one. I would have never figured it out. But after taking it apart and putting it together and exchanging parts, I think at that point you can start ordering from fasttech.

Has anybody tried to cancel something from FT after they pay but before it ships? I am wondering if they offer a refund or store credit?

In your order detail You can cancel entire order or just an item. You will have the option for instant store credit or full refund within 2 or 3 days..

Well I'm hardly a beginner. :) No - they aren't a mom'n'pop shop. They aren't many real "mom'n'pop" vendors anyway. Neither are Health Cabin in China - who ship promptly. There are others who also don't take money for goods they don't have. Don't make excuses for Fasttech - large or small they should not take money for goods they don't have . I think they have good prices and some good products - my Liqua arrived today and I've been trying it out. I like the Tiramisu.
But... I'm not going to make excuses for them taking money and stuffing people around. I think the beginners perhaps need to realise this is not the norm for international ordering. If you order from Fasttech have your eyes open. ;)
