Anybody having air flow issues with the x9 protanks? The new colored ones on their site show air slots.The one I have doesn't have air slots.

No problems with airflow because I haven't flush mounted it on anything but I'd imagine without the air paths it would not be able to flush mount on a mod or on an ego batt with a beauty ring. The coil head it comes with sucks. The wick is too thick. Even if you pull off the top wick it still runs dry quickly. If you use a real Evod coil head it works fine.
They sold out of the low nic lmao. Probably tastes like chicken.

Has any had experience with the FT "evod" heads? I have only used Kanger heads that I ordered from DV.
Wow, thanks Sue, Glen, and Kiwi for your time. That was very helpful, and generous to provide the info and links for me.
I bought them and haven't had to use them yet BUT I am using an X9 tank(Protank clone) and the coils look the same. The wicks are thicker than original Kanger coil head replacements. They are identical with the exception of the thickness in wick. Even removing one from the FT head doesn't help with liquid absorption. You're able to take 2 or 3 drags before you get a dry hit or burnt taste then you've got to take a few puffs without firing to get the wick saturated again. It's too much of a hassle to deal with so I replaced mine with an original.
That's what I was afraid of. I guess I will keep buying Kanger replacement heads from DV.
