Got my Hangsen Peach today. It leaked a little on the cap. Label is intact. Have the cap off so it can steep for a while. Smells good though.
I got the Hangsen Peach and its OK, but I like Dekang better...I wish they could get that in bigger sizes (like 30ml).
I notice that they have the Dekang in Honey Peach - has anyone tried that and if so, what did it taste like (to you)?

Duty what? Fasstech told me no duty charges because hong kong is tax free,do you mean the exchange rate on the currency?

Hong Kong may be Tax free, but Canadian Government are Money grubbing and expect a reward for allowing you to own anything. U.S. isn't much better and will often confiscate for no good reason. i.e. empty glass ProTanks2's:blink:

I wonder where all the confiscated merchandise goes? Open auctions back into U.S. hands? In trash heaps to increase waste?:glare:

I just do not understand the Fasttech business mind. I have never encountered such a hassle with any US vendor. If a customer says they didn't receive an item, should you not take their word for it?

But no, I have to send photos of the items recieved, photos of the packaging (front and back), and a copy of the packing slip. All of which I am doing/have done. It really is bad business sense to make a customer jump through such hoops just to get an item that was paid for but never delivered.

No, you should not take a customer's word for it. Many customers are out to do nothing but completely rip off people in business. They think they deserve everything and anyone in business must be filthy rich and can supply them with everything.
I'm sure you know about shoplifters. It would be easier to claim you didn't get something when you actually did.

Make your picture of the package clear enough to show the weight.

BTW: I do not speak or write Chinese, I used Google Translator (which I actually don't trust, and may be part of the problem),

You probably shouldn't do that knowing how translators mess things up.

You were not charged any SALES duty or tax by FastTech as they say HK does not require it.

However, the country that the goods are imported into charges IMPORT duty, this is true of virtually every country in the world, including the US and Canada. Each country sets a value of imported goods above which they will charge duty. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and not the merchant to pay this.

Was 25$ the amount you paid in tax, the amount you paid FT or the amount FT put as the value on your package? I know in the UK customs can set a value on goods that does not necessarily match the value you pay, I once bought a $120 pair of shoes from a discount clearance place in the States for $40 + shipping and ended up paying double after customs decided to hit me with a charge.

And if you're lucky it'll go through without being charged anything, It happens. You're usually more successful if it's sent by postal service as opposed to courier.
