Can you let us know how good the Ithaka is when it arrives? especially as compared to the ATTY which I have coming. I'm close to pulling the trigger on one...

Have it already, posted some pics a couple pages back. I haven't used it yet, I'm waiting till I'm equipped to rebuild it properly.

They've never done this for me. My order will hang for that one pesky item.

Usually takes them a couple days to notice, but if your are impatient you can either split the order ahead of time if you know a item is troublesome, cancel that one item after the effect and add it to it's own order, or send them a message to separate it thru support.

Tha juice, i think need to steep im getting a bit of soap/alcohol after taste, im getting the strawberry and cheescake taste but i feel is not ready yet.. But not bad.

The jade drip tip. WOW real jade stone at least feels like that, so smooth no plastic or metal taste i will order some more colors

It's not real Jade, but it is mineral. I got a green and a gray one. But the "gray" one they sent looks awfully brown to me... oh well, who can complain about wrong color for 2 bucks, right?

Maybe is syntetic lab made jade, but for sure is much better than plastic and metal, i really like the glassish feel

BTW, I ask FT and they told me is "real jade" mmm you know maybe could be

So, heres how my experience when the ithaka went:

Terrible. After taking it apart, cleaning it, and putting it back together, while gently hand tightening it back up BOTH the top and bottom threads on the plastic tank cracked off. Going to send a support ticket to FT now about it, but I'm pretty sure I didn't put any excess force on it, so...yeah. The good news is I followed a youtube video for a actually ithaka, and all the parts in the FT version looked identical.

Wow, huge bummer. I haven't had any issues with mine and I've had it apart more than a few times. The plastic tank is the only thing about it that I don't really like, but I haven't had any trouble with it at least.

It's jadeite or nephrite, both of which are commonly referred to as "jade". Obviously the tips are not 'gemstone quality' imperial jade, but Lydia was telling the truth - they are properly speaking 'jade'.

I'm done buying clearos and atty's from FT. They taste terrible and require boiling and/or re-wicking.

I'm not playing with the lack of standards in Chinese manufacturing any more. Who knows what that nasty ... taste is they soak their wicks in...

The mech mods are cool, im buying them 2 & 3 at a time. but anything that touches e-liquid IMO is messed up.

YMMV... Just my .02

Regarding clearos, after a couple of the CE6's i bought weren't up to my standards i decided to only buy iclear16's which have been great.

If you like carto tanks the pyrex dct ones work great with XL boge cartos, i'm using 3 of them right now and i couldn't be happier
