I finally got another response again from them..this time, another once sentence reply..."does it look like you package was opened then re-taped?"
Not that I could tell. It pretty much looked just like my first order package, just smaller. If you all can't send me a new one, for what ever reason, just let me know instead of all this one sentence messages you all have been sending me. This is going on a week, and still not have an answer as to what you all are planning on doing with my Missing Vamo. Just please let me know one way or the other where I can start Dispute charges through Pay Pal, if needed. I've answered every question you all have had, sent pictures. This should have already been decided on when I sent a clear picture of the front, showing the Date on the package and the weight. My order had 7 items in it, and only weighed 0.319. There was no way a Vamo, weighing as much as it does, was ever in that package. I'm not trying to sound mean or rude..but after this many days something should have already happened. I placed this order on the June 16th, with good faith that I would have the Vamo in my hands. I don't have much money to keep spending on all of this. That is why I chose your company to buy from instead of Stateside. Because you all sell quality products at reasonable prices. I'm just trying to stay off of Cigarettes to live a healthier life..but can't hardly do it when I don't receive some of my order. Please let me know something on this. Thank you!"

Yeah, that's the only "problem" i have with FT, with certain items it's just hit & miss.

Yep I have had the same issue with the burnt taste. Won't touch them again. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on these. My first set up had these and I almost quit Vaping because of them, I thought if this is vaping "no thank you" thankfully a friend had another setup and I tried his.
Honestly, English is their second language. From their one sentence reply, it's quite obvious they're not very good with English. A paragraph as large as your's, sent to a person in a second language they're not very good at translating, might be a reason why your replies are so short and uninformative.
I hope they speak Southern Engrish, I count five "You all's" in that sentence

Thanks everyone for the replies, my original heads are being cleaned now and replaced by these https://www.fasttech.com/products/1361500 but they are 2.7 not 2.4 xD
Btw, i love the draw on these shorter heads...if it weren't for the slightly muted flavor these things would replace my igo's. I'm also slowly falling in love with the liqua american blend
