You're welcome. I've purchased from WL exclusively for my DIY over the years, and awhile back I bought some from Nude Nicotine, Nude Armor v3 for the freezer...it's unopened, so I can't even tell you first hand about it.
I'll let the others comment on the Heartland, I know many have purchased, and I've seen good comments, but no first hand knowledge about theirs.

I have heard both good and bad about HL, mostly good though.

With WL you are paying for the true lab quality controls from start to finish. Other nic, just as good can be had though.

I dont recommend Vaperstek as the nic I just saw someone just get from them had a tan color.

Yes I have unflavored concentrated nic base. If I recall, you can buy it in either pg or vg. The child resistant cap is a bear to remove...don't ask how I got it off.

I did get nic from Heartland once, good nic, good service. Although I tend to shop for price, and often found it cheaper elsewhere. But no complaints at all.

They will be the first crybabies to scream when everything comes to a dead stop. I have seen their type,,, whining and begging for help when it's too late.

At that point,, I have to make sure the person I help really is sincere. Not worried about an established lazy vaper.
