I had to chuckle when you mentioned cartos. I have more than a lifetime supply from Ikenvape. Each one lasts me a long time. It pays to see the writting on the wall sometimes.:)
It's too bad that most vapers will never know the delight of them. They'll continue using rda's to taste their ejuice.

Kinda curious about these flashlights. Where would I find them?
fasttech has a whole slew of flashlights. On their home page is a categories menu. Click on flashlights. When it shows you all of them, there will be a filter menu that lets you choose the battery form factor. 45 models of 18350 flashlights, one model of 18500, and 1,995 listings for 18650 flashlights.

Oh, and does PG n VG have a shelf life?
I'm vaping five year old VG and PG and also five year old nic...tastes the same as when I bought them. Nic kept frozen in a chest freezer, PG and VG kept on a cool dark place.

Pardon my ignorance here.
Started using a vape only a month ago.

What is this thread about? Why is the sky falling causing people to buy 30 yrs supplies of vaping supplies and bury them in their backyards?

Can someone point me to a place within these 11 pages or another thread where I can see what the heck you people are talking about?

Yes. The very first post in this thread is a great place to start.

NINE
That's the number of months we have left until the new PMTA deadline.

Personally, I've been ready for a bit over three years. This thread is mostly intended for people who realize they aren't ready yet but would like help getting there, who aren't willing or able to wade though 23,000+ posts in the Deeming Regulations thread or 24,000+ in the Stocking Up thread.

My approach to stockpiling was settled almost 5 years ago. I wanted a stash with a high probability of lasting 10 years and may be 20. Mods, atomizers, and nic are the only things I need to stockpile (plus silicone sleeves and a favorite drip tip). I assume a mod or atomizer will last 2 years in continuous service so 10 years is 5 of each. In case i'm wrong I get 5 more of each. A liter of nic should last me 3.5 years so three liters of 100 mg in PG. But then 3 liters more just in case some of it spoils or it's as durable as I suspect and extends to a 20 year supply. My cost for all the above was about $650. That was the plan 5 years ago when I considered the threat of government interference to be low. I reserved the right to increase the stash if the threat escalated.

The threat has escalated. I've added a few protected squonkers plus BF atomizers, a few tube mods, and shortly, additional nic, backups for the backups. (Flavoring is not an issue for me because I use barely enough to cover the taste of the other ingredients so almost any flavor will do.)

Wow. Not even Velveeta cheese lasts five years!
I bought them on a Glycube sale from Essential Depot, IIRC it was somewhere roundabouts fifty bucks for a four gallon case delivered. I opted for two each of the PG and VG...it has cost me pennies per day for juice for over five years now.

    Basically...

Because the US FDA "Deemed" e-Liquids that contain Nicotine derived from Tobacco, and Hardware products that can be "Reasonably Assumed" that are used to consume these e-Liquids, to be Tobacco Products.

And in about 9 Months, the FDA is Not Going to Allow these "Tobacco Products" to be sold in the US Unless they have received FDA Approval.

But the Approval Process was Intentional made Extremely Expensive. And there is No Clear Standards to what Can be Approved. So a HUGE Majority of the things you buy Probably/Almost Assuredly are not going to be Available after about 9 Months.

When I first joined the Navy, Kirk Douglas and Martin Sheen made a movie called "The Final Countdown" on the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz I was on. I was a photographer in the Navy and I got to meet both of them, and all the cast. It was exciting for a 19 year old kid to meet so many famous actors. BTW...It took place in the Pacific, but we never left the Atlantic Ocean for filming.

Now y'all got me worried. What if my vaping style changes in the next few years, should I stock up on all different types of RDAs, so I can accommodate? I still haven't even tried all the ones in my prefers style that I want to. Will an RDA last a lifetime? Or will the insulation go out eventually. O rings are easy enough to replace, but high temp, custom shaped, plastic? Argh... Why did I take so long to start vaping...

OK, I’m closing in on how to store nic and where to source it. Next up will be the remaining ingredients. PG, VG, flavorings. Rather than piling on all at once, let’s stick with PG n VG. Good sources? Proper storage methods? Anyone delve into this or is it a simple thing?
I have gotten all mine from Bulk Apothecary, for years. They supply much to online and retail stores. They have good prices. They are one of the USA's largest suppliers and their VG/PG is high quality.

    VG: Glycerin
    PG: Propylene Glycol

The main thing with VG is you want to make sure it is USP (United States Pharmacopeial Convention).

I've always stored mine in my basement and its always been fine. I don't know that you need special storage considerations for VG/PG. Perhaps someone else will know.

Also worth noting, I do not see any restrictions on VG/PG because it has so many other uses.
