I've been looking for a deal on the geekvape super mesh X2 .3 ohm coils. Unfortunately they are sold out there.

I noticed on the Ejuices site that it would let you order stuff that was out of stock. It gave an option of getting your money back if something was OOS, or wait and have them send it when it was back in stock.

I don't know if the special sale deal would still work with OOS stuff. If it accepted the sale code on the payment screen I guess it would be OK.

If you know of any coils, tanks, RBAs, accessories, and/or mods, etc. that are definitely on your "to buy" list...you may want to take advantage of the terrific sale that Ejuices.com has going on until the end of the month. Their top level discount is 35% off. That's going to be very hard to beat at any vendor's Labor Day Sales.

If your order totals any of these levels, you get the % off your total order.

$40 - 15% off - use code PUPPER
$60 - 25% off - use code DOGGO
$80 - 35% off - use code WOOFER

Quite a few of us have placed orders from them during the sale. Their shipping is fast, the packages are well packed, and everything has been exactly what was ordered. I've saved in excess of $135 on 2 orders so far (things for myself and a friend)...using the 35% off code. It's a great sale, IMO, for stocking up.

I agree with JC. I've done 2 orders now both qualifying for the %35 off. Both arrived promptly. The first order 1/2 came from FL and the other 1/2 from CA and arrived within a day of each other.

I was a bit confused on that. My first order showed the item in stock (don't remember the #, but a lot of 'em). Then during checkout there was a box to click for a refund or wait if OOS. The order arrived a few days later with everything. It appears there on-line system is accurate though. I just ordered coils, to the max showing in stock and after completing the order when I checked that item it showed 'out of stock'.

I keep going back and forth on ordering the x2 super Mesh coils for the Cerberus. I’m a tightwad at heart and am having a hard time paying that much for coils just to put in a stash box. I use rtas exclusively but have stocked up on some zenith coils and thought that since I like the Cerberus tank that I’d stock up on those too for when I don’t want to build rtas. First world problems!

Can't speak to the 100, but I've had a couple of the 18650 powered Istick Pico 75's in service for at least a couple years, no problems.

I've been really happy with my Pico 75's too. I got my first one a couple of years ago, and it quickly became my preferred all day mod spending days in my pant pocket at work and evenings here at home. I dropped it a few times onto concrete and bathed it in juice a few times. The top plate got bent a bit from the drops and eventually juice got into the mod, but before it became a problem I took it apart, cleaned it and straightened the top plate. Cleaning it did involve soldering to take it apart and put it back together, but then again dealing with maintaining mech mods is sometimes a bit technical also. It's still in service and has never let me down. Not bad for a $26 mod. I now have 6 or 7 of them :)

So the Pico 25 is the latest, right? 85 w. If anyone is interested, green/white is still at Sourcemore for 18.90. Other colors are slightly more.

Pico X and pico S are the newest. But they don't seem to have the nice KISS approach. A little ugly

I noticed on the Ejuices site that it would let you order stuff that was out of stock. It gave an option of getting your money back if something was OOS, or wait and have them send it when it was back in stock.

If something shows as being Out of Stock or shows a quantity of 0 from the get-go...you just can't order any of that item. But, I also wondered about the following on their website, too, when placing my first order with them, for 10 of the Zenith D22 tanks:

"In rare occasions, we run out of stock. If an item in your order goes out of stock, how would you like us to proceed?"

"Choice 1 - Refund what's out of stock and ship the rest of my order.

Choice 2 - Hold my order until all items are ready to ship."

So I called and asked for clarification of that before completing my order. I was told that their inventory is usually accurate most of the time, especially if it shows approx. 25 or more of something In Stock. But on rare occasions, if the quantity shown as In Stock is a really small amount...it may be "off by a couple". So, the 2 choices are where you select what you want done with your order...IF that occurs. I was told that hardly ever happens, but they need to know how to proceed with your order just in case.

I didn't ask though, if something I ordered was Out of Stock, and I'd selected to have my whole order held until more came in...IF the price would be the same when they came in, or not. You could give them a call though, and they'd let you know. Their Customer Service has been wonderful when I've called them a few times.

I’m sure I’m not the first one to see this but....the act of putting the nicotine warning on device packaging is going to get it lumped right in with juice. Am a right?

Yes and yes. Yes, in the sense of IF there are any non prefilled big tobacco owned cartridges on the market they will get the good old skull and crossbones.

Yes, in the sense that all vaping products sold will be sold prefilled, tamper resistant and will explode if you try to fill them yourself. They will also come with an extended warning label that indicates use of the product will condemn all your ancestors into the fiery gates of hell, while your descendants and immediate relatives will be smited by fiery hails of brimstone and dead frog, unless you ALSO and at the exact same time. purchase ten cartons of Lucky Strikes at the same time. You don't have to SMOKE them but they do need to get burned, even if it's on a bonfire in the center of midnight while you wander around, chanting, "Big tobacco I am but a small vaper, do not harm me, do not hurt my beloveds I beseech thee."

Oh my I sound like an angry Eeyore tonight..

Also, why the HELL am I writing Big Tobacco's copy for them ,F that I am going to like go buy some more freezable nic.

    But yes it is grim.

Yes, just take the steps to remove yourself from their pre planned equation...quite simple; that.

Get em if you love em. I bought a couple of years worth of .2Ω Supermesh coils.
Even if I find something better I'll have a couple of years supply of excellent vaping.

I've been completely happy with Aero w/.2 but they just released the Zeus Legend LimEd kit.
Mine's on the way after consulting with a couple of trusted reviewers.
I only bought 1 extra pack of .2Ω Zeus mesh coils.
I'll hold off on stocking up until I compare the included .2 vs .4
I found it at a few places for about $70 - Element Vape being one of them.

I already have plenty of gear but check this out.
You think I might wait at least 2 days before stepping out but lol
A shop owner buddy sent this pic to me. That tease.

That gold is sexy. I have a gunmetal kit on the way. Maybe get gold next IDK.

Those are pretty expensive coils. As the Cerberus uses TFV8 compatible coils, at least you have many coil options to stock up on - everything from Wotofo Flow to NRG Ccells will fit. Although I have a coil I really like - the Wotofo Flow Pro - I've stocked up on a few different varieties of coils and tanks that can use them interchangeably.

I may never be a frequent user of subohm drop-in coil toppers but if that changes in the future I'm ready.

I didn’t know that other coils worked in the Cerberus. A link would be helpful. Maybe I’ll try some others to see if I like them as well. The ones I’ve liked so far are the .3 ohm super Mesh X2. I’m most comfortable in the 20-30 watt range and those worked well for me.

I know there are more than this older list, but this might help - Different Tanks But Same Coils: Coils That Are Interchangeable

I've accumulated a variety of tanks and coils that are interchangeable based on the TFV8 style. Ello, Cerberus, Cascade, Flow, Flow Pro, Baby Beast, Big Baby Beast, etc., most on clearance. I'm pretty set on the perforated strip style of mesh coils but might go for some kanthal vertical styles that are near a buck a piece.

    Good luck in your hunt!

For the record, my 120ml sample of nic from Carolina Xtraction arrived (today) in a glass bottle. Can't speak for any other nic product or size.

I would hold off a bit yet.

$10 for a 5 pack isn't expensive - Geek Vape Super Mesh Coils (5-Pack) At Element Vape
Shop owner at my local shop says he sells the majority of them to Smok tank owners because they are so much better than Smok coils.

I'll speak from the receiving end of this scenario, since I happen to be the newb in this situation. I think this mentoring approach that @Bronze has laid out here is perfect. Setting up a thread where newbs like me could be matched up with a couple experienced and thoughtful vapers would be amazing. It was overwhelming enough as a new vaper, with all of the gear choices out there, but then I stumbled into this thread and started reading about what is coming in May, and just about lost it. How the heck could I ever get schooled up enough and be able to make good choices in time? Bronze invited me into the PM conversation with @ShowMeTwice, and those guys really have gotten me off the ledge. First, they asked about how I'm vaping now, what have I found that I like and dislike, what does my budget look like for stockpiling, how I felt about my ability to handle rebuildables, and on - got a feel for where I'm at and where I would like to get. They didn't overload me with a bunch of options at all. Instead, they presented a few excellent options in each category of equipment and, most importantly, took the time to lay out for me in detail why each piece was suggested for stockpiling and taking me well into the future after the deadline. We've talked about pros and cons, they've posted videos and reviews and links to some very helpful threads here on ECF, and have introduced me to reputable vendors where I can begin to acquire the things that I'll need. A few short days ago I was overwhelmed and didn't have a clue where to start; today I am focused and have a real good feel for what I need to do to get ready. Bronze and SMT have spent a lot of time with me, and really have gone above and beyond. I am extremely grateful to them both.

I really hope that this idea takes off. I have benefitted greatly from this approach, and I am certain that other newbs would, as well.

I thought a follow up to my post would be appropriate. The excellent tutelage from @Bronze and @ShowMeTwice has continued. With the guidance that I've received, I've managed to acquire a couple of excellent RBA's - a K5 for DL and a K19 for MTL and the tools and materials I need to build my own coils and make my own wicks. And just this morning I did exactly that, successfully setting up both tanks. I've vaped them both, and I couldn't be happier.

Thanks to these two great guys, I've now got a great foundation for stocking up appropriately and surviving Vapocalypse.
