No apology needed. Are you prepared for the deadline, Terri?

No but about to start. I’m very anxious to get more nicotine in my freezer. I only have about 1 liter. I know it’s a bad time of year but I’ll be ordering from Oklahoma into northeast Texas. Should I chance it?

I want to thank everyone in this thread. I’ve read it all the way through and you all have given me great advice.

I would hold off a bit yet.

I know, and thank you. Just another month or so....

I just feel like the s**t’s about to hit the fan. I know May is the deadline but I’m worried the media blasts are going to cause trouble.

Be thankful that bureaucracy moves rather slowly.

Got your gear arsenal ready?

I just found this thread in the last week or so and haven’t had time to do anything but making a plan and start loading carts. I was previously aware of impending doom but had not visualized a real time line. The nicotine calculator surprised me with the amount of nicotine I would need for twenty years. I thought my one liter would last forever [emoji15]

I’ve several attys I had intended to sell but keeping them now. While not my vaping style they will be better than nothing.

I figure I need to get over my fear of mech mods, I’m thinking they might be more durable than chips. I’m low wattage/high resistance which is a little less scary..

Hoping for some Labor Day sales too.

Low wattage/high resistance is not only a whole bunch less scary on mech's, it shouldn't be scary at all if you learn and fully understand how to build for your mech's safely.

Hoping for some Labor Day sales too.

If you know of any coils, tanks, RBAs, accessories, and/or mods, etc. that are definitely on your "to buy" list...you may want to take advantage of the terrific sale that Ejuices.com has going on until the end of the month. Their top level discount is 35% off. That's going to be very hard to beat at any vendor's Labor Day Sales.

If your order totals any of these levels, you get the % off your total order.

$40 - 15% off - use code PUPPER
$60 - 25% off - use code DOGGO
$80 - 35% off - use code WOOFER

Quite a few of us have placed orders from them during the sale. Their shipping is fast, the packages are well packed, and everything has been exactly what was ordered. I've saved in excess of $135 on 2 orders so far (things for myself and a friend)...using the 35% off code. It's a great sale, IMO, for stocking up.

I bought hardly any new gear for a couple of years. Earlier this year I got nervous about the longevity of my Pico stash and I picked up a few new mods, Some Aegis Solos and a Colossal, and a nice gold Provari that was the most expensive thing I ever bought. Then this thread started up and I got nervous again. Picked up a couple more Solos this morning. Started wondering how much I had actually blown on vaping.

I made up a table listing all my mods and tanks. Took my best guess at what I paid for them. I could get more accurate numbers by going through the old invoices but it would take the rest of the day and I can't be bothered. This should be close enough.

The total was $2100.

I got most of it cheap in clearance sales.

That doesn't include the vast amount I wasted on cigalikes over 4 years, or the Spinners and Egos and Pro Tanks. Plus Drip tips and spare parts and tools and coils and batteries and nic and so forth. It would take a week of tedious work to break down all that stuff.

$2100 isn't bad for way more than a lifetime supply for me and the wife. Less than I expected. Over 5 years that's $420 a year, $8 a week. About what I spent on a pack of cigs. If I spent the same again on all the accessories that I didn't include in the calculation I'm still way ahead. $25,000 between the two of us over 5 years. And costs should be next to nothing from now on.

That's just the direct costs and savings. How much did I save on medical costs and extra years of work. By now I would probably be paying someone to mow my lawn.

Yeah. I saw your previous tip on this one, thanks. I ordered up a couple of Aegis Solos for $25 each and some Nautilus coils.

I've been looking for a deal on the geekvape super mesh X2 .3 ohm coils. Unfortunately they are sold out there.

    If anyone wants these deals:

I'm really shocked they still have any of those things left! They've sold out of a few things though, since I posted about their $6-11 Clearance deals, maybe 2 weeks ago in the Low Budget Shinyitis thread. It's really hard to beat those prices! :thumb:

You could call them and ask to speak to Rocky in Customer Service. I called this AM and asked about more of the Zenith 1.6ohm coils they were out of for a good while. She contacted their other warehouse locations about them...and more appeared In Stock within less than an hour. She may be able to tell you if/when they'll put more of those GeekVape ones up that you're looking for. :)
