After my diy episode with a pen cap to replace a broken drip tip I started buying more drip tips with my FT orders.. Over time the stash has grown..and some are in my car with a full micro rebuild kit I put together with rayon my own premade coils etc
Well done!

I still need more 810 drip tips to feel done. When I stocked drip tips none of my stuff needed 810s and that has changed now LOL

I’ve got 19 RBA MTL, 10 tanks w 2 years coils, 9 DL RBA’S, 7 DL tanks few coils, 33 mods. Calculator says I have 12 years of nic. Will be a few days before I can order spare glass and a few more RTA’s. I can’t find insulators for all but have a few loaded.

    Anything I forgot?

I spent $150 last month to get 10 of my wife's favorite attys. She was like, why in the world do we need those. I have 9 already! She looks at me like I am wearing a tinfoil hat when I try to explain why. She said "you have been sayin this doomsday stuff for 3 years". Now this is a woman that lives with me and has seen my vape journey. If she thinks I am nuts, imagine what the non-vaping public thinks. A of folks just dont get it.

Am I the only one who doesn't stockpile? Seriously? Just posted this in another "panic" thread...

Instead of stockpiling, I choose to fight back. Which is a good thing, because I'd probably still be sitting on dozens of boxes of kr808 cartos and 180 mAh cigalike batteries (from the first panic in 2010). :D

Still not panicking. Just signing petitions, writing letters, calling the White House, donating to CASAA. Of course, after almost 10 years of vaping (in December), I have accumulated a lot of vaping hardware and I always have 0.5-0.75 liter of nic base in the freezer. And some PG, VG and flavoring--minimal, because I don't like a lot of flavor in my e-juice and I often vape unflavored or just barely flavored. Suits me just fine. YMMV, of course, as always.

Vaping is not going anywhere. The only danger I see is that someone, at some time, may decide to ban nicotine base. That would be a real problem. Until such time, I'll just keep buying what strikes my fancy, like an occasional new mod, a new tank, or a box of new drop-in coils. Or maybe a pod. One at a time. If I really like it, I may get another one.

A little off topic but does anyone have a problem with the site logging you off frequently?

If you don't check the Remember Me box when you log in...it will log you our after about 20 minutes.

It feels like it’s happening at less than 20 min of idle time but, I’m not the most accurate judge of time when I get in the zone so that’s probably what it is. Thank you.

    about.
Now go log out and log back in and check that box

Besides buying two Aegis Solos, and a couple sale kf lite clones, my gear is 2016 or older. Buying nic and some flavors, plus the two mods is all I can afford so that's what I did. If the ban takes a little while I might be able to afford more later, but if not oh well. Old gear still works just fine. Just setup an old kayfun lite clone a few minutes ago, now I remember why I used to love this thing. Yumm.

That is how I feel about my nic, really. I'm going to use it, so why not buy it now?

And also, as I have repeatedly stated I don't CARE if I'm out a few K of stuff "I did not need" like my 8 26 dollar Eleaf Invokes. If they die in my closet, I die happy. The stuff I buy for "just in case" I sincerely hope I never HAVE to use, like my noisy cricket. I will be totally happy if that dies with me. COPD is really EXPENSIVE and UNPLEASANT. I would get it, and I would die not just poor but very, very tragically.

I am also at point in my vaping where I am content. I'd love to see that big, beautiful setup that was better than my wildest dreams barreling toward me but all I see are pods. They do very little for me.

2 3D printers that I built, Beryllium copper sheets, silver rods, 50 of my favorite squonk bottles, 23 atties (and I can and will buy and run a mill and lathe if need be), currently about 1,500,000mg of nicotine although I'm going to add another 1,000,000mg soon which in total would get me past 100 years old assuming it holds up that long, 3 years worth of the various flavoring I prefer but I don't think they will hold up that long. I am currently vaping nicotine I parsed into Boston rounds and into a vape freezer in 2014 with no degradation so I'm crossing my fingers on the longevity of properly stored nicotine. Funny story, upon hearing about the news from the White House my wife asked me if I needed to stock up.

@Katya, I think now you may want to bump up the amount of nic you have stored. It can't hurt, right? It's not going to go out of style. So, you will eventually use it. In the meantime, if the axe falls, you won't be caught without it.

Oh, I agree. I just like the idea of fresh nic, even though I always buy long-storage (V1) Nude Nic in small bottles. I usually refresh my nic supply once a year, on Black Friday, because 1) it's cold outside so I don't have to worry about my nic sitting in some hot storage place and 2) the discounts are very nice, indeed. Also, I'm still looking for my favorite nic--trying to decide between Nude, Chemnovatic and CNT. But frankly, at 12 mg/ml, I don't think I can taste the difference. They are all top notch.

And, just to make sure I'm not misunderstood, my way of preparing for the deeming is not recommended for new vapers who maybe own just a couple of mods, a few tanks (with drop-in coils) and several bottles of flavored e-liquids. They are at serious risk and need to pay close attention to what's going on.
