I changed the glass on my cerebus to the straight glass the cerebus came with and it worked. No idea why you are having issues. I would not have recommended it if it didn't work for me

Edit unless the rebuild deck changed since first released. My rebuild decks I bought years ago

Edit 2: I just pulled one of the new Baby Rebuild decks I got in last night and tried it in the cerebus and it wouldn't even fit to screw in. SO apparently not all Baby rebuild decks are created equal

The rba decks I got do have the right threads to screw into the Cerberus. I haven't tried the straight glass but will definitely give it a try when I get home from work tonight. Thank you.

Ok Ignore the comment on the glass I was confusing 2 issues on 2 different tanks while not awake.

This is what I discovered after taking apart multiple tanks and trying multiple rebuild decks. The rebuild decks that came with my original TFV8 Baby tanks WORK in the cerebus. The rebuild decks I ordered last week do not even screw in. I am starting to think they are for the BIG baby not the baby. Either that or there is some seriously screwy manufacturing going on. Now it is SMOK so it wouldn't surprise me in the least if something odd was happening or they changed the labeling or something otherwise bizarre.

I don't know what to say to people other than I am sorry. I went down the same rabbit hole and now am hunting down smok tanks that use those decks.

Are these the ones that you bought?

I got mine from somewhere else. They are labeled identically though. There is no straight glass for the cerebus if you got it in the solo kit. My half asleep brain was conflating the cerebus with another tank this morning when I wrote that.

yeah I was afraid of that. I can only apologize again. I picked up 3 Big baby tanks that will fit the decks I picked up last week at element vapes this morning. My OLD TFV8 rebuild decks that came with my ancient TFV8 tanks (Think I bought them when the original came out) DO fit.

The rebuild decks I bought last week are literally too wide to fit either my old TFV8 tanks or the cerebus. But they do fit the new one. SMOK did something weird here I just don't know what.

With some help from a friend, I’ve solved the rba issue. The rba I got did screw in but the existing glass was too short. I tried a bunch of glass from different tanks and the glass from the augvape intake fits and is long enough to use the rba in the Cerberus. I’m using it right now.

That’s my best guess. The Cerberus glass says 28mm x 19mm so the 27 must be close enough since it’s working on mine.

It has always been the consensus here that a PMTA will be required if nic base is being sold to individuals who are not FDA registered manufacturers; i.e. people like us who make DIY liquids for personal consumption. Hence post #4 in this thread.
