I'm glad I started vaping in the "Golden Age" rather than try to scramble now in the upcoming possibly "Dark Ages". Really glad I stocked up on Nic, and started to do DIY in the nick of time. If I could only have those 3 mechs, 1 RTA, 2 RDAs I'd feel pretty confident going forward.. getting the extra tanks and mods was more of getting stuff I wanted before I probably couldn't, and multiples of each because I wasn't sure of the longevity.

I purchased 2.5 gallons of nic from NR that arrived Friday. It came in four containers (2 1-gallon jugs and 2 1-liter jugs). Each container was placed in a thick plastic bag with a green cable tie securing the top. One of these bags used for the 1-liter jugs had what appeared to be water inside. Not much, but it was there. Perhaps a tablespoon. I checked the seal on the jug, the color, and odor of the nic. Saw no problems. I'm not certain what that liquid was but if I had to guess it was water.
That would be my best guess. Why it happened to one bag and not the others I do not know. Might be some were sealed differently than others.
It depends what you order. Their Armor V1 is definitely in glass and argon purged. It's "freezer-ready". I believe Armor V2 is also in glass, under vacuum, with some kind of special seal that supposedly lets you draw out nic without letting air in. I believe all the rest of their bases are in plastic.
Used to be plastic, brown like a Boston. But I haven’t bought any from them in about 2 years, so I’m not sure now.
There is a community of pretty old & somewhat fragile people traveling from the desert and national parks living in converted vans on YouTube. It's really interesting,,, entire community of nomads. They seem to do fine,,, a few have only $600-$800 a month income,. Van dwelling,, nomads you will find hours /days weeks worth of videos to watch

Supposedly, while some people may not notice or care whether or not water can come though the screen door . . . The actual reason for taking them down is because they are not in keeping with the owner vision of how the buildings should look and managment says that they actually over all devalue the look of the property . . .
That's the reason why - when they removed the BDrom AC unit and installed an upgraded (Yea - Right - actually they are the same btu's - not better/improve) ac unit in the main area - they installed the majority of the unit box inside the apartment with only 1 inch sticking out side . . . Think about how a ac unit looks in hotel rooms . . .
Anyway, there are more important issues to be concerned about then the Screen Doors . . . Such is life for Seniors in a subsidized housing complex and not being able to afford to/can move, especially when there is really nothing available . . . AND - If you are lucky enough to be able to get an application then accepted - the waiting list take up 3 + years before anything can happen -that is if there is an apartment available (whether not you are a Senior) . . . Then if you do get in - you have to go through the whole rectification process again a year later to keep your apartment and determine what you pay for that year . . . SO - Most people do not want to get on managements wrong side . . . One of the more popular comment is, "If You Don't like it here nor want to follow the House Rules then - MOVE" . . . HEY - It's Life . . . Just Sayin' . . .
