Absolutely. Unless your single issue is Constitutional Originalism vs. Activism.

But I don't think he was implying anyone should choose candidates based on vaping only- but that one should consider when voting which candidates will be less likely to infringe on rights to vaping and other liberties.
I agree but the "I vape I VOTE" crowd does. It seems that the candidates running now are all about taking away your freedoms and rights. The scariest part of it is it seems noone is listening.

Yeah but when all the consequences are just equally terrible in various ways, it's sort of hard not to give in and write "Santa Clause" in every box.

At the very least we should be voting for "Anonymous" that is a grass roots agency that can get things done. I mean, they aren't always GOOD things but at least life would be exciting for a while.

And the good thing is you yourself can join in and start something whenever you want and if it is a GOOD something your idea will find traction.

Unfortunately we never get to vote for who we want as much as voting for who you think will do the least amount of damage. The political climate in this country has become so extremely toxic. Vaping has become a casualty that is unfortunate. When you have politicians on both sides that want to ban something that is helping people but is legalizing drugs makes no sense to me. You have politicians that ban plastic straws but pass out plastic syringes.

Again I will say that single issue voting is insane. Vaping is the least of the problems when it comes to the candidates running right now. Yes voting is your choice but elections have consequences. Serious consequences.
I wasn't implying single issue voting was insane or not insane. I was speaking strictly to the vape issue. I personally agree however that single issue voting is insane.

I understood. I didn't mean to imply you were saying single issue voting. If I did I apologize.

I am not a single issue voter, but I will say that I will never trust an anti-vaping politician because they are either ignorant about the issue they are against or they are grandstanding and profiteering off of the health of others. To put profit or grandstanding over the health of the public makes me severely distrust them, because if they are willing to do that who knows what they are capable of? And if they are simply ignorant on the issue that they are against, well that says enough in itself about their leadership skills.

How do you feel about politicians that are ignorant of the policies they are for and are promoting?

I heard Hillary might be running again and like I say we all vote for Satan, I mean Hillary I genuinely believe she might be able to do enough damage in 4 years and definitely 5 that we might you know, Rise Up. LOL.

I'm trying to make it entertaining. True, but entertaining. If we all voted blue, well, things could get Superbad, then SuperExciting.

Unfortunately, I may not be factoring the people who actually ARE blue, and then our fourth political party, the Apathetic Party who never does anything.

And I go back to my response to, "I vape and I vote". If one votes, who do they vote for? Who has come out in favor of vaping? Don't like what the current administration has done with vaping? Then who is better? Anyone know of any candidate? One could say Trump is not doing enuf to get us out of the gloomy predicament we vapers find ourselves in so vote him out. But remember, if left to the previous administration (who wrote Deeming), vaping would have vanished two years ago.

I vape, I vote. For who? Maybe it should be, I vape and wont vote.
We want candidates to publicly state their positions and preferably include in their platform. Towards that end, we should plan visible, “We vape, we vote” support at candidate meetings across the political spectrum. And directly ask their positions in Q&A. If both sides recognize the hysteria and falsehoods of ANTZ, validity and benefit of our position, and the power of our voting block, we win. However, we are also better off to know our enemies (e.g. billionaire Michael Bloomberg). We need caution as we have already seen some paint their opponents as our enemies (for their own ends), when in fact the candidate was just not informed. "We vape, we vote" needs to be visible and heard by the candidates; appears those will be Trump and Sanders

The same. But I was referencing vaping as I was trying to keep things remotely on topic. lol
The biggest problem with politicians and vaping is the people that are educating the politicians. They are unwilling to listen to anyone other than the .gov agencies like the FDA and the CDC. The politicians are well informed but it's well educated with lies. They are also well informed by the green from big tobacco and big pharma.
