I just passed the first 24 hours without a cigarette. Yeehaw! It feels great and it was quite pleasant too.

Funny thing. I am not getting a big plume of vapor and people have mentioned that you don't vape like you smoke so I did a bunch of searching and found out what I was doing wrong. I would drag hard and fast not slow and long. I did find out that I was smoking cigarettes wrong my whole life though. I never sucked it into my lungs when I would suck it in. I would suck it into my mouth and then inhale. So when I kept reading to not vape like you smoked I was a bit confused for a second.

Congrats!!

I smoked cigarettes for 45 years and never inhaled directly into my lungs. I never even knew people did that until I read it here.

Congrats :thumbup:
That awesome! :)

Smoke/Vape... What I usually did was;
Long slow drag, than inhale till feel my chest and tummy expand.
Exhale 2-3 second via nose and than exhale the balance via nose and mouth... :p

That will make feel good for me :D

I never sucked directly into my lungs when smoking either. Congrats on the first 24 hours... those are always the hardest for me. You got this!

The only direct "lung hit" I've done is on an Empire at a vape meet while were messing around. That will screw with your head LOL - there was SO much vapor. LOL

I did the same thing for 10 years. Inhaling directly into my lungs would choke me out

I don't know that I could iron lung smoke or vape, that's for those real Marbro men I suppose. Throat hit really never was my "thing', I did the mouth inhale, mixed some air and deep inhale, exhale through nose, and finish through mouth and nose. That nose hit, is what I'm glad isn't missing either with vape. With all the flavors, it's a sensory paradise.. Congrats on the first 24, and soon 48, then rest of your more healthy life.. Z
