Judging by the pictures,it looks really good, but the closest one to me is 25 miles away, that's a bit too far to go for some chicken haha.
They vary a bit in quality. Some are just the basics and some have buffets and such. My fav one has a buffet and pulled pork. GOOD pulled pork bbq.

    Somewhere between here and there
I thought I was having a good day when I got my new flavors from BCV. Then I came home to check my bank account and had three random unauthorized charges on my account. I'm not saying it was them but I need to get a prepaid visa or something to avoid future problems like this for ordering stuff online.

Ok, I have a question before I go insane.....on the recipes I saw was one for 10% bubblegum and 15% watermelon......is this the percentages from the small bottles from WL, or is it the percentage of the flavors after I make them up from the suggested percentages on the long list? Does my question make sense......it does in my head !!! Do I need to make up single flavors first then use those bottles for percentages in my recipes ?

I believe it's the percentages from any size bottle of TFA bubble gum flavoring . Your recipe for bubblegum recommends 10% bubble gum flavoring as a recommended percentage , for whatever bottle size you decide to make , whatever that equals out to lol.

TFA bubblegum flavoring is very weak though and most go way over that and still have trouble tasting it.

I gave up on it and bought Tasty Puff bubblegum flavoring , much stronger and really tasty in my opinion.

10% bubble gum flavoring will still end up as being 10% of the total bubble gum flavor regardless of what size bottle you make . The recipe calls for 10% bubble gum flavor and 15% watermelon flavor , total flavoring percentages will be 25% total regardless of what size bottle you make.

Sounds accurate to me but i am very very rarely accurate so you still could be in serious trouble.

And no, you don't mix up single flavors first and then combine them... that would dilute all the flavors.

There are some recipes that call for 6 flavors or more.
Most everyone that has a favorite recipe that calls for that many flavors, will premix a bottle of the flavorings.
Then add the % required to a base, when ready to mix up another batch.
You premix the flavoring only, at the %'s the recipes calls for .. nothing else... no PG, VG, or Nic
It saves having to separately drag out all those different flavorings every time they want to mix that recipe.
Usually it's a favorite or ADV recipe.
Mixing the flavors only together, ahead of time, or adding each one at mixing time, makes no difference, other than convenience.
If you have a favorite recipe that calls for quite a few different flavoring, then make up a bottle of that "flavoring" and save yourself some time when you want to make a fresh bottle.

Sounds like thats a very good idea to me but i have always been very poor at recognizing good ideas so that doesn't mean much , it's the thought that counts though, i think but can't say with certainty .

actually it does make a difference because you are presteeping the flavors together but not presteeping it into the base.

Flavors don't, won't, can't "steep", until they are mixed into the PG, VG, and Nic
It was just a suggestion that I know works, and is used by many.
You are free to try it or not, .. everyone finds what works best for them.

It's what company's like TFA do, to create flavorings like Banana Nut Bread, Cinnamon Sugar Cookie, Pina Colada.
You can create your own flavor, just like they do.
I do it with certain recipes because I don't want to use over 20% flavoring, like some recipes call for.
I can get the same flavor without having it be so strong, since I can add whatever % of my "created flavor" that I want to my base.
Just an idea for those who want to try it.
    Back to lurking :2cool:

@Kaezziel - hey Handsome! How's Mrs. Kaezziel doing these days?

Awww... you're too sweet, always checkin' in on us! :)
She's doing well. Her last scans show no signs of cancer at all, all of her surgical wounds are healed up, and she's just taking it easy and trying to get her strength back. Cataract surgery next week, but that shouldn't be a big deal... not after everything else she's been through. How about you? I imagine y'all are finally starting to get some decent weather up there in the Land of Corn and Cows. Especially after winter held on for so long up in the more northern states... I don't know how y'all do it. I HATE the cold!

    @Kaezziel - :wub:

Glad the Mrs. is doing well. Well, if you call "Noah's Ark-like Rain" decent weather.... :p It's been a moderately cool, wetter than normal summer thus far. We set a record in June for the most accumulated rain - something like over 11" for the month alone....

I don't like extreme heat, but would like a little more sunshine than we've seen so far. My poor garden is so confused....

Anyway - I just got one of those Smokeless Owl bottom feeders. IDK if it's just me or the "novelty" of it, but that can go through a fair amount of juice in pretty short order. Sooooo, I believe Saturday is going to be "Mixing Day". I have "capacity" for another 240 mL, so I'll be zooming through recipes and seeing what concoctions I'll be devising.... I'm missing your Peaches & Cream - that's a "for sure" on my list!

To be clear I was careful not to judge if it's a good idea or not. I think it could be a good idea for various reasons. I was only questioning the "no difference" statement. Do you have any basis for your statement that flavors won't "steep" by themselves? Because I've seen (also unsubstantiated) opinions here that mixing flavors will form various bonds, which is much of what steeping is about.

this just happened to me too for the first time ever and i had two cards that had to be cancelled.. the one card was only used for one purchase and it was directly from TFA. Im not saying its their fault either but i did call and let them know. the other card was multiple online ecig stuff.. kinda scary! with all the new online ecig stores that might be a target for hackers now. :(

on a better note :) Thanks everyone for keeping this thread alive and well!! I've been kinda busy on other stuff lately but hope to find some time to start playing in the lab again soon! Keep up the great work everyone! :)

    @DingerCPA ~hugs~

 Funny you say that... we've gotten a lot more rain this season that normal as well. I think it rained for 2 weeks straight not long ago! We've finally caught a break and have had some nice sunny days for the past week...

Hmmm... I still need to pick up a squonker. I did just acquire an Invader Mini and a Silver Play V2 atty. Playing with temp control... that nickel wire is a PITA, though. Need to get my hands on some titanium wire. I've been playing around with a few recipes, but nothing that I'm happy with yet. Working on a vanilla custard, and trying to see if I can get close to that Alpha recipe, but I'm trying it with peach since I don't have any strawberry. Probably be placing an order pretty soon though... Awwwww... that one is my ADV... I recycled an old Skyy vodka bottle and keep it for Peaches & Cream. That's my go-to when I don't feel like mixing anything else...
