Does anyone use JuiceCalculator? It's in a thread on ECF and I've used it since it's inception almost 2 years ago. IMO, it beats any other calculator out there. I'm sure it's been mentioned here before but I thought I would let the new DIYers know! Also, HotRod is always open to suggestions to add to it :)

Here's the link: New Calculator to Try

Just dropping by to say that I've been here since this thread's resurgence and I'm glad I did. there's really only one eliquid that I will even consider vaping that's not a DIY.

That being said, I haven't really mixed anything new in awhile although I see some tasty-sounding recipes!

Here's an idea ... how about taking Bill's Twinkie recipe and adding ripe banana to it? It'll taste like the original Twinkies!

I swore I'd seen Bill's Twinkie but now can't find it in the dropbox (but I found Twinkie Juice?) I only searched the text versions tho - is it in one of the zips?

I took notes from several Twinkie recipes a while back then made my own from the notes and my personal tastes. It turned out good, but now I want to make it better, so another look at Bill's recipe might help!!

I tried Bill's Twinkie with Vanilla Cupcake, Bavarian Cream, Whipped Cream and Sweetener at 5% each. It was good, but it tasted like the inside of an Oreo cookie to me. Maybe some Ripe Banana is something to try....
Thanks !

Bills Twinkie
Vanilla Cupcake - 14%
Sweetener - 4%
Sweet Cream - 6%
Bavarian Cream - 6%

Thanks! I have 3 of those in my recipe, but I dropped the sweet cream and used whipped cream and cream cheese icing (not TFA, but this flavor is wonderful for some recipes). Maybe a touch of sweet cream would help - I'll put some in the next batch.

I also reduced the vanilla cupcake and used yellow cake (again, not TFA). I have a hard time imagining getting anything like a Twinkie taste without some yellow cake, which is the biggest reason I never tried any of the recipes I found - none of them had yellow cake!

I know this is a TFA thread, and most of my flavors ARE TFA, but there's a few flavors they just don't have, so I have a hard time following the "tfa only" rules. Smack my fingers? :p

    Somewhere between here and there
I think it's great to find out about flavors that aren't available from TFA since they obviously fill a gap. I have all tfa flavors so far but am just getting started. I already have three recipes that I am using every day. If a non tfa flavor fits then nothing wrong with talking about it here is my thought.

I have use TFA in the past and particularly liked their Banana Nut Bread but most of my flavors are from another maker. I have decided to give some more TFA flavors a try and ordered about 20 flavors. The one that really kind of interest me is the Malted Milk. I love malt and can't wait for it to come in. I was wondering what other peoples experiences were with this flavor, suggested percentage, etc.

    Thanks

I use FW graham and you do have to be careful with that stuff, it sneaks up on you. For the first couple of days you are kind of like "Hmmmm where is the Graham" but after a week you are all "Oh, there's the graham!" I think the sweet/smooth of the custard/cream takes the edge off the Graham. You do lose a little of the banana but I'm good with that because to me it makes it feel bakery and less candy.
