The trick is to mix the dragon fruit with the strawberry. I would start at 3% strawberry and 6% dragonfruit and plan to go as high as 6% strawberry and 12% dragonfruit. Of course, you don't have to add the strawberry, but the combination of the two is a better mix, imho, though YMMV. A final may end up at 5% strawberry and 10 - 12% dragonfruit. Don't forget that fruits need their sweeteners (sweetener or EM), and perform best with both vanilla and cream (both at 6% or less flavoring in order to not compromise the fruits). Also, when I mention strawberry, I'm referring to the sweeter strawberry and not the ripe. I tend to think of the ripe as the "skin" of the fruit, and sweet as the internal "fruit" of the flavoring. Also, often a 2/3 mix of sweet over ripe makes an even better blend (or even 3/4 over 1/4). Good luck! What is usally good % for Dragonfruit. I just started playing with it and love the flavor

From my blogs, I had some tropical:I'm looking for a good tropical flavour if anyone has any great knowledge?
I've got mango Fa and passionfruit CAP.
Also have green apple FA
tutti fruitti FA
Key lime FA
Strawberry kiwi CAP
cantaloupe CAP
Marshmallow CAP
Masocirano cherry FA
Rainbow drops FA
Also have
Sour FA
and eythl maltol
Does anybody have any good recipes related to these products or who can give me some good combinations or recipes using these? Or maybe point me in the right direction of what flavours to add to my Arsenal?
I really want to try a good key lime pie flavour also! As the key lime tastes pretty good on its own but could do with a little more depth and dimension in flavour?
Any percentages or recommendations will be greatly received!
Thanks in advance
I think you're right on target there Cliffy15. I'm sharing some ideas from my blogs to help the new members who may not have seen these ideas:I've been having some good successes with fruits and creams.
a good starting point might look like this
10% fruit (I like honeydew, strawberry, and green Apple)
5% vanilla bean ice cream, vanilla bean gelato, or vanilla swirl.
5% sweet cream
2% sweetener
I typically favor vanilla bean gelato. vbic will give you a denser heavier mouth feel. The vanilla swirl will be light with a nice vanilla "bite" ... and the gelato is nicely in between.
The one that's really jumping out at me is the key lime pie! Just out of curiousity with that recipe would you need graham cracker and pie crust or have you just found that using the one works better for you? I'm still so fresh at this and have only been making juice for a few weeks and I'm still making single flavours but have had a few successes for example rhubarb and custard sour skittles or rainbow drops as well as tutti fruitti but still trying to add that shop bought feel to them the flavours all seem a little muddledFrom my blogs, I had some tropical:

You can learn as much about pie making studying both the similarities and the differences. I can see the evolution in my juice because I remember making each one, and know a few tricks here and there. For example, if you are going to use pie crust, also use graham cracker. Not always true, but true to me today. There are many others. The patterns are there if you are interested. Another thing, some of these recipes are going on two years old. I could probably improve on them today, and so could you! Ciao!

I'm running into this same problem! I do have a lot of flavors but there are about 20 more I intend to buy. Hubs an I use to have our version of the "swear money jar" for when we wanted to buy a pack of smokes or even if we thought of having a cig...put money in the jar. After a while, that built up and we would buy something vaping related with it - juice, atty, coils, whatever... But it's been bone dry for a long while now lolI swore I wouldn't spend any more on vaping this month but really need to get in a flavoring order. I keep seeing recipes that I want to try. I thought I had a pretty good selection on hand already but keep finding that I am missing flavors.
Haha,i hear ya there.I could fill up a jar within a few hours,i cuss alot haha. It's funny,i can control it if it's at an inappropriate time, but just sitting around talking to friends,i doubt i say 1 sentence without some type of bad word coming out haha.Guess we need to put the "swear jar" back on the counter - I could fill that up in a day just reading recipes I don't have the ingredients for!![]()

You need both pie crust and graham cracker. I arrived at this combination by trial and error, but you can duplicate these results and see for yourself. I was surprised too, by the results, once upon a time. Good luck! The one that's really jumping out at me is the key lime pie!
