Shake and vape or what is the recommended steep time? You are making huge batches so I'm guessing you steep for awhile?

Thanks for the recipe, I'm going to mix up a batch for this weekend. I think I killed my taste buds last night playing with Orange and Cream.....
I start using it right away but well......

Does anyone know of a calculator that does stuff by weight? Wouldn't a digital scale be more accurate than trying to get something like .18 mls?

e-juicemeup uses grams as well as drops and ML.

Personally I don't sweat the small discrepancies. Anything with in 1/4 ML on 50ML bottle is close enough for me.

When I'm experimenting with 5ML or 10ML batches I use a dropper.

I'll try the drop in the e juice calculator. Should I put .5 mls in my dropper and see how many drops it is to put that in the settings for drops/ml in the calculator, or do you just use the standard default ratio it came with?

That depends on what you're using to measure with.

That's a 1ml syringe. You could accurately measure .18ml with that.

And it would be a lot easier than a scale. The scale might be accurate, but your pouring method may not be. What do you do if you go .01ml over with a scale? How do you pour that .01ml back out? With the syringe if you happen to get a bit too much you can just squeeze out the excess. Not so easy when you're measuring with a scale.

You could test the ML to dropper conversion in the calculator. I simply use the default.

I get my syringes from Walgreens pharmacy 5ML or 10ML for free - just ask them for a few and they will give them to you.

I don't particularly find using .25ML instead of .18ML to be that drastic of a difference, especially in 30-50-100ML batches. You are off .07ML in 100ML, so what?

I'll have to see what syringes I have. They might be like that. Those would be pretty accurate.

DIYing for me is more like being a chef. Just get it close! I only use a 10ml syringe & a 100ml gradiated cylinder! Of course I've been making 100ml at a time!

I can see that. I probably will not start off mixing that much up just yet. I think I'm going to start with probably 10ml. I found some syringes here. They are 1ml numbered .1 .2 .3 etc and then with 10 marks between each of those, so it should be fairly accurate.

10ML barely gets me to lunch.

I have a 30ML a day habit.

WHOA ... you suck

I start with making a 2-3ml test of a flavor or recipe.
That way, if I don't like it, I don't have to dump so much out.
I can always add another drop, some sweetener, or dilute it .. in other words, play with it to improve the flavor, or give it up.
Have fun in the "lab"

I mixed Andria's Strawberries & Cream today & am vaping now. I've had horrible luck trying to vape fruits & just gave up on them. I was pif'd a Prometey clone & received several juices along with it. (HT Capt. SHAY!). Shocked to find I've apparently had another change in my tastebuds sneak up on me. I blew through the strawberry, & still using the banana cream. So, I made 4 mixes today. 3 different strawberries, & a peach milkshake. Really hoping I can vape these. Single fruit mixes may be my fruit key. I was pif'd 3 other multi fruit mixes & have they were all good when I tested them the first day. Then I loaded one in a tank & it lost it's appeal after 1/2 a tank. That's what fruits have always done to me. The only difference I can tell is single creamy fruit flavors, vs non-creamy multi-fruits. But at least I seem to have found a fruit niche!
