I'm here, when I'm here
So, what do y'all do? Leave a little "expansion" room in the jar when you freeze the nic? I usually buy 2-3 120ml bottles (plastic) and keep 1 out for use and the others in the back of the fridge. I probably go through a bottle in about a month and a half. Not for myself, mind you but, for folks I "trade" with. :D

I freeze mine in 60ml brown glass bottles. When I want to use one, I take it out to thaw and when I'm done, it goes into the fridge.

I have a cool, dark closet I keep my supplies in and the nic I keep in an opaque bottle in my kit. The spare nic is in the back of my beer fridge so, it gets more light than it should, I guess.

Those with more Chemestry than I can chime in but I would not use metal topped jars. There is a possibility of reaction with the nic. There are many places you can find smallish Boston Rounds. http://www.amazon.com/AMBER-Boston-Round-Glass-Bottle/dp/B00J3H36IO?ie=UTF8&keywords=120ml boston round&qid=1462633552&ref_=sr_1_7&sr=8-7
The Ball brand mason brand jars don't have metal exposed on the inside, they have a white plastic type coating on the inside of the lid.I first bought some other brand because they were cheaper, and ended up not using them because of the bare metal lid,but then got Ball mason jars at walmart and they have that liner,so i have been using them to store some of my nic, since i ran out of my usual bottles, and i also use them to do my extracts,no issues at all in close to 2 years.

When putting nic in the freezer, you want to fill the bottle as close to the top as possible. You only want about 1/4" of headspace, this way it minimizes air and the possibility of moisture buiding inside from condensation.Pg,nic, and vg won't expand like water does.

    Somewhere between here and there
I dug up an old thread yesterday and Kurt who is a chemist talked about long term storage for nic. He mentioned a website called specialty bottles so I checked it out and put in an order. Their prices are good for the euro bottles that you can extract from with a syringe. I ordered some 50 and 100ml bottles. Shipping is a little steep but they ship via UPS and my order is on the way already. They have all kinds of blue and brown bottles.

That is where I bought all my bottles, I got the blue ones with those insert, things in the top, my syringe's did not work with the inserts, but I like them anyway. I think of them as a extra protection, for when I am working with my Nic, keeps me from having spill's.

Yeah, those little insert droppers are a pita, but I use them anyway. As you said extra protection against spills. I fight to get them off, then as soon as I take out what I need, I put it back in. It only takes a couple of seconds, better than than a bad spill.

I have thought about just drilling them out a bit so my syringes would fit, but I just grab a hold of them with a paper towel and pull them out, works good enough. If I ever do need more bottles, I will look at other ones, but that is a little unlikely, I bought a bunch of them.

I just found Nude nicotine's Extended Shelf Life 2 Nic Base this morning online. It's in a vaccuum sealed glass bottle with one of the septum tops, that you poke the Luer Lock syringe through to draw out what you need. Then the septum closes itself back up, preventing any air in so it still stays vaccuum sealed. Comes in 125mL bottles, 250mL, and 500mL. Wouldn't cost a whole lot more to get the 100mg/mL that way either. Will cost me $.38 for the nic in each 50mL bottle of juice I make at 6mg nic. That's without S/H, which I haven't checked on yet. I think that's what I'm going to get for my last bunch of it to stash away in the deep freezer.

This sounds good on the surface, but does not work quite like you describe. For the first few draws, you be able to fill you syringe. But eventually you will have to equalize the pressure by pushing air into the bottle using your syringe. For example, to draw 20ml out, you would have to push 20ml of air into the bottle first.

Has anyone used their nic before. I read the blurb about palm oil and just wasn't sure if that's what I want. The coupon code makes it a good deal though.
This is my first time, but those who have tried it say its the best. I got my nic in pg, but did order a 500ml of the vg to try it. I figured it if was terrible I could always use it in my hair products...... and the pg/vg for 500ml @ 9.99 plus discount is a great price.
I know I have seen some vendors that use chem nic but off hand cannot remember who, my bad.

fb is where peeps are raving about it.
