Has anyone experimented with flavourart flash? I bought it a while back thinking it would be good to add to get more throat hit from recipes that were lacking but hadn't tried it until today. I made one of my regular recipes with zero nic and added three drops of flash. It does seem to increase the TH but I'm so used to nic that the flavor is off without it.

All I can offer is a great recipe that I've vaped as my ADV for about 11 months now, and others seem to really enjoy as well.

Inawera Shisha Strawberry 16%
TFA DX Bavarian Cream 6%
TFA Vanilla Swirl 4.5%
CAP Sweet Cream 2%
TFA Sweetener 2% - 3%

If you don't want it too sweet, leave out the sweetener till you taste it. I actually use 3.1% sweetener, but I have a sweet tooth a mile long and 10 miles wide; without a lot of sweetener, to me, most stuff doesn't have much taste at all.

And no, there really is no substitute for the Inawera Shisha Strawberry; only one I've tried that tastes like ACTUAL sweet real strawberries.

Yep! That looks like hers; at least her most recent posting I could find here. Though I seem to recall a more recent post on another forum that she has reduced a couple of the percentages a tad.

I would hope so, that sounds like a crazy flavor percentage. I have a similar recipe I adapted that uses less than half the total flavor percent and I doubt I would want to go much higher on the total flavor percent:


Strawberry Custard Cream Swirl
4.00% Strawberry (Ripe) (TFA)
3.00% Vanilla Custard v2 (CAP)
3.00% Vanilla Swirl (TFA)
2.00% Bavarian Cream DX (TFA)

Strawberry Cupcake with vanilla frosting

replaced vanilla cupcake with vanilla swirl

I would hope so, that sounds like a crazy flavor percentage.

She would be the first to admit that her taste buds are fried, but that's the beauty of DIY, we can each mix to our own preference.

Bavarian Cream 3%
Caramel Candy 1%
Cheesecake New York Style (LA) 6%
Cinnamon Danish 3%
French Vanilla Deluxe 3%
Graham Cracker Clear .5%
Marshmallow .5%
Strawberry (Ripe) 5% (sorry, Bill)
Sweet Cream 3%
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream 3%
Vanilla Custard 2%

Just shake and vape!

Thanks! I mixed up a batch from the recepie you posted the other day last night. I'm guessing with the cream in it, it needs to steep a few days? It smells good!

Yep! I love it! It's the best strawberries and cream liquid I've ever had. The Shisha Strawberry is my go to when I want a true strawberry taste.
