Single flavor TFA? i was on a Melon kick a bit ago, and got melons from TFA and VZ-SC… they were very similar (except for the Watermelon which was rindy- TFA).

So whether it was Cantaloupe, Honeydew, etc that type of melon, they were all Spot On….

I use Strawberry Ripe, Peach Juicy, Mint Candy, Cinnamon Flavor & Mocha as stand alones. I also mix them in with other flavors.

Can anyone recommend the best TFA blueberry .. I'm sort of stuck on blueberry and I can't get mine to taste right. I was getting it from myfreedomesmokes.com but it's a bit weak after mixing it.Idk maybe I need to change something.Someone said I should add lemon juice.

In my experience with TFA, and I have ALLOT of them..... sine of these percentages are insanely high. I recommend starting at 3-5% and working up..
First one I noticed was the absinth flavor...
I use .15-.20%
I love this flavor but at 10%, it was impossible to vape.
I was playing around with the TFA Blueberry Wild the other day. Using a regular size dropper, I put 10 drops of plain PG in a tiny beaker and then I added 2 drops of blueberry wild using the little pipettes that come with the TFA flavorings. They make little tiny drops. About half of a drop compared to a regular dropper. This was about 9% strength 1 drop / 11 drops. It tasted exactly like a fresh blueberry right off of the vine. I wanted to make it a little stronger so I added another drop. At that point, it started tasting like a blueberry candy. One of these to be exact.

The funny part is that I cleaned out the beaker and then went back to the original 9% starting point. Nothing I did could get it to taste like it did that first time. I think that once your taste buds overdose on a flavor, you won't be able to taste a more subtle version of that flavor again until you purge it completely from your mouth. I'm going to test it again today, but will start with 20 drops of PG to see if 4% - 5% works.

Just received mine today... Paddy's collected recommendations for single flavors says "Mild Black <2.5% (VERY strong)".

Thanks, and yes Im familiar with the flavor recommendations chart, but I'm not finding it very strong at all. Ive mixed two batches @ 2.5 and 3. Just wanted to know if anyone else has any experience with it and their take on it.

Sorry but I don't have a single flavor recommended list. I believe it was added to the list in this thread but that is not my list.

EDIT: I think the latest list is http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...rentice-flavoring-thread-42.html#post11714659

Heh, heh. Well, you do do everything else right? Right?

Okay, it wasn't paddy. But otherwise some damn fine work by another member of ECF. I was going to give credit but looks like several might have published this list with updates.

Cheers!

Beginner in DIY here...

On that note, I mixed some TFA butterscotch at 12% and I'm getting a weird metallic like taste in it. Read through the first 15 or so pages and seen someone else mention a taste like this off another flavor.

Anyone have experience in this taste and why I'm getting it?

I've never just tried straight up cotton candy.

I may give that a whirl!

I do have the em crystals also. But I don't know how to use them :'(

You want to dissolve the EM crystals in PG at a 10% solution. 1 gram (or 1/4 teaspoon) of crystals in 10ml of PG. That will make your Concentrated EM flavor. (*Don't vape it at that strength, that's the concentrated flavor or additive*)

Hint: If you warm the PG in a hot water bath (no hotter than 120F) you will get the EM Crystals dissolve faster. By the way you will have to shake it to get it to dissolve.
