Because VG will not protect a Viton o-ring like Vaseline does.

Been there, done that! Thanks dsy5 you are right. I miss read the post which was writing about syringe use of petroleum. I thought it was on topic of atty. use of Vaseline. I use glass syringes which require no lubricant. Sorry everyone!
I think it has been that way for a while now. One good thing is they have it when you need it. I'm not knocking WL at all here.Don't they sell oba oba anymore or did it get a new name?
Oh by the way: I notice the prices at the TFA website are almost twice as high as when ordering the same TFA flavors from wizardlabs.
TFA charges $1.40 for 4ml while that same flavor is only $1.49 for twice the amount at wizardlabs. Seems like they're using quite a profit margin in the TFA shop!
Alright, no such thing as a dumb question, so here goes. Just getting into DIY, and made an order to Wizard labs and picked up, among other things, TFA root beer (I stalked the site and when there were 2 brands of a particular flavor available, noted which were most often sold out, so TFA won), clearly not researching enough to realize it's one of the worst RB flavors (second only to LA, so sort of dodged that bullet).
After a week of steeping (0mg, 50/50pg/vg, 5% Root Beer flavor), I'm just getting perfume. So the question is, has anyone found a way to salvage this flavor? It was cheap, but I'd hate to waste a whole bottle. On hand, I have brown sugar (tfa), pear (tfa), captain black (sm), commercial tobacco (sm), m-type (tfa), and a free sample of banana cream (tfa).
I'm waiting on some more bottles (6 was not enough), and then I'll start playing. Thinking that commercial tobacco smells really similar that there might be some combo there, brown sugar might balance things, even the banana cream might smooth the perfume.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated; thanks.

Has anybody tried gingerbread or gingerbread cookie? Getting to be that time of year, lol. Anybody?
Well, post #4 from this thread gives a list of percentages to start out with. Oba Oba is in this list too and it's aimed at TFA liquids so I thought they had it too.Oba Oba is made by FA, they still make it. To my knowledge, TFA has never had an Oba Oba.
OK thanks, that makes sense.TFA focuses on wholesale, bottling small quantities is costly, or they just don't like to. So it costs a little more to get it from them, but they always have what you are looking for.

Question about "smooth" for someone with info on it. Is it a flavor (like a smooth menthol or something) or does it take the throat hit off flavora that have a more dominate throat hit due to the flavor itself? Have a tangerine and some other flavors I want to smooth out (haha, I'm punny) and hope this is my answer.
Thanks in advance
sent from my phone via tapatalk 2 because I can't stop reading and posting on ECF
I made a "Gingerbread Cupcake" recipe that came out great (can't remember where I got the recipe - somewhere online):
TFA Gingerbread 10%
TFA Vanilla Cupcake 5%
TFA Caramel Original 3%
FA Madagascar Vanilla 2% (I imagine a TFA Vanilla would be fine too)
It's good - strong, but good. Only steeped for a week or two. Dial back the percentages if you like it milder.
EDIT: I made this with high VG, so again, dial back the percentages if using high PG.
