Thanks, I am excited and nervous at the same time....that is a lot of money I could have spent on vendor juice if this doesn't pan out for me but I have to think positive....I think I can...I think I can....lol
I prefer plastic only because I hate the drippers that the glass bottles use. I drip 99% of the time and those Yorker spouts are easy peasy to use to fill other bottles or drip etc.... Although I may find glass to be easier to work with.

I agree with you about the removable droppers in glass bottles; kind of a pain. My solution is that I always mix and "store" in glass; whatever I'm currently using gets a plastic bottle so I have the benefit of the more-convenient dripper top.

I saw someone mention using vinegar to get rid of residual smells from plastic bottles -- a bad idea unless you like the smell of VINEGAR! I had to get rid of a number of plastic bottles I had soaked in vinegar. I agree that using *straight* isopropyl alcohol would probably also be a bad idea, might break down the plastic -- I solve that by diluting the isopropyl with an equal amount of water, and I also use that diluted alcohol to clean my syringes, though of course I rinse them VERY thoroughly after the alcohol.

Some of us don't, won't, can't, keep drinkable alcohol in the house. ;) No, I probably wouldn't drink it nor even be tempted, after 22 yrs without a drink, but it's never a good idea to underestimate the insanity-factor of alcoholism. ;)

I fully understand....

I went nutzo on the Starburst flavors, mixed up like 6 or more variations....

I don't eat ANY sweets or candy, but I will devour Starbursts! I have to purposely NOT, NEVER buy them, if I do, they're gone! They're like "can't say that on ECF" to me! LOL!

I love my family here, but the forums rulez sometimes really bug the shisnet out of me......GRRRRRRRRR!

I'm that way with blueberry muffins -- I can't have them in the house, or they disappear like magic -- only to reappear around my waist! Then, once I've gotten a taste... I HAVE TO GO buy MORE!!! It's EXACTLY like that unmentionable substance to me!

So, sometimes I like to vape "blueberry muffin" -- I get the taste, and none of the calories! :thumb:

Just those 2? Any orange? Or coconut? Thanks for idea/suggestion:)
Not yet .. found those two went together pretty well, ..still playing with it. .. some orange sounds good :)
Have 9 coconuts, each by a different company, and I haven't found one I can taste yet.
If I can't taste them solo, they sure won't show up in a recipe :(

Can someone tell me what page the "recipe book" is on. I found it last night and left it open on my phone so I could download it when I got to the comp. I finally made it to the computer and the page wouldn't open so I ended up clicking the back page button 10x for an actual page of ECF to pop up!! Now that Iv browsed through so many pages again tonight I still can't find it!! Any help will be much appreciated! Iv been lurking here for a while and will soon post a recipe iv been working on for a little while. Yall have so much info on this particular thread that it's really turned my juices from good to great! I appreciate all of yalls input here! Thanks again!

Good Morning everyone. The weekend is here, time to try a little DIY again. I think I am close to recreating the Junior Mints candy flavor I have been looking for. If I get it where I am happy with it I'll be happy to post it.
And a very kind and generous person sent me a box of DIY flavors, some of which I've never even heard of before. Plenty to check out here. Guess I'll be busy for awhile...

Almost, but not quite there....

mint sensation (all flavors TFA)
Crème de Menthe 8%
Chocolate 5%
Mint Candy 4%
Bavarian Crème 4%
French Vanilla Crème 4%
Vanillin 3%
Cotton Candy 2%

Not looking for supersweet, but rather a smooth minty flavor with a chocolate undertone.

Hi all....

As many of you may know Bill and I are quite busy with our work, and cannot be on all the time....

Many of you know how to contact me, or Bill if there is an issue with the DropBox, etc., both Bill and myself have read, write privileges to the box and will keep it updated.

Please be sure when posting a recipe to note when it's a FINAL and you're happy with the results, as these are the only ones we want to include, of course we all know that taste is subjective, so some tweaking may be necessary to suit different tastes.

Happy Mixing! :thumb:

Please see my last posting regarding the DropBox...

This is where you can download all of the recipes that have appeared here, and some other useful information like calculators, etc.

Do I have to sign up/ create an account just to read this "dropbox" ?
Papaw,

Just go to the link I provided and you can freely download anything that's there!

No sign up, no money, nada, zip, zelch, it's there for all!

Of course donations are accepted...LOL JOKE!

If you have some useful stuff, I will post it! Simple enough

A suppliers list would be a great addition!
