I just tasted a single flavor sample batch of oatmeal cookie at 10% that was made two days ago. This flavor has a lot of potential for me. it's very vapable on it's own. I've heard horror stories about the strength of raisin flavoring, and don't have any, but I can see many other combinations for this one. Peanut butter, chocolate, etc......

My Mom always made chocolate chip cookies as "oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips" I never had a TollHouse cookie until I made them myself :D

I'd heard about the Raisin flavoring too, which is why I'm not jumping on any, but if I REALLY don't have the oatmeal cookie in my stash, I'll order the 8mL bottle of Raisin :p

Yepper, @Sgt.Rock And please forgive me all - I've had a horrid weekend, and I don't have two braincells to rub together at the moment...

I didn't have a 15mL bottle from my TFA flat, but I DO have an 8mL bottle I'd ordered previously....

O.K. I'm headed off for 100DT land....

Oatmeal Scotchies :)

O.k. I couldn't stand it

Oatmeal Cookie - 8%
Cinnamon Danish - 3%
Bavarian Cream - 5%
French Vanilla Deluxe - 5% (I'm going to start with French Vanilla Creme @ 5%)
Butterscotch - 4%
Brown Sugar - 3%
Sweetener - 3%

Not too bad at the moment. My tastebuds are a bit overwhelmed, but I'm getting the "oatmeal bakery/butterscotchy" essence that I was going for, but it's not deep enough for me yet. May bump the Oatmeal to 10%....

What about a little plum instead of raisin?

I'm thinking I need a "bite" of something (Sorry Robert - NOT cayenne!!!!) I fear the cream or marshmallow might smooth it too much (I like the bavarian cream/french vanilla combo very much) Last minute, I selected Brown Sugar in lieu of the Rum - just thinking about how I'd bake oatmeal cookies - Now I wish I wouldn't have done that. I have Brandy and Bourbon in addition to the Rum.... I'm going to step away from it tonight, and not taste-test any more. Probably should also throw a new wick in my rda, just so it's completely clean....

I really liked the Plum idea, just don't have that on hand either.... However, next test might reduce the BC/FVC and throw a bit of Whipped Cream in. I also wondered about pulling the Brown Sugar and throwing in some Maple (vape your breakfast :D )

Oh yeah, I love Kaezziel's Peaches 'n' Cream :) That, and Bill's Peach Cobbler. @AndriaD, no, I don't get the off-taste with the Juicy Peach. To me, it's JUST like biting into a perfectly-ripe peach. Now, Raspberry, on the other hand..... Whew, that is a tough one. Bill mentions using a few drops of Raspberry (I have Sweet) and/or Strawberry to offset some of the "perfumey" off-tones from other mixes. Jury's still out on that for me....

The Oatmeal Cookie.... Hmmmm, I was thinking about my Rumchata recipe because I love the combo of the Bavarian Cream and the French Vanilla Deluxe., and wondering if I might not just change out the Horchata for the Oatmeal Cookie flavoring. Most all else is in a good place for me (well, the Jamaican Rum is debatable.... Don't know if that can make up for the Raisin....) Trying to think about how that would all taste together. I want a bit of butterscotch in there too. I'm thinking of subbing Cinnamon Danish for the Cinnamon Spice, too....

Just got A home from the hospital, and I'm friggin EXHAUSTIPATED.... The 100DT will have to wait until I have more of my wits about me...

But, just to throw some numbers out so I don't forget....

Oatmeal Cookie - 8%
Cinnamon Danish - 3% (this is VERY strong to me - YMMV, but I think it should enhance the "bakery" aspect)
Bavarian Cream - 5%
French Vanilla Deluxe - 5% (I'm going to start with French Vanilla Creme @ 5%)
Butterscotch - 3%
Jamaican Rum - 2%
Sweetener - 4%

May give this a try later tonight or tomorrow :)

BWAH HA HA HA HA HA HA..... I'm a bloomin' I-D-10-T!!!! I thought I had Oatmeal cookie as part of my ginormous flat of flavorings, but alas (poor Yorick) I have not. That wasn't one of the flavorings that came with

My problem with the peach may have been entirely my "wingin' it" recipe -- it wasn't a powerful whang, it just wasn't quite... right. I'll try out that recipe he posted, and see if that's better than what I made, it would almost HAVE to be!

In my experience they are pretty much interchangeable. I only added some Cotton Candy to the mix I just made because I happened to have it . If I didn't I would have gone for all EM. And I do mean Ethyl Maltol. Cappella Sweetener for instance is different since it is basically Splenda. Very much more powerful and does leave a bit of after taste IMO. YMMV.
Thanks Papillon61, good tip to keep in mind.

This one sounds pretty good, let us know how it turns out.I don't have oatmeal cookie, but may be persuaded to pick it up haha.I finally tried that rumchata v2 today, pretty good stuff,i tried it in a dripper again, and now look forward to trying it in my lemo.

Papillon61,i finally tried your venus clone today. It has been sitting almost a week,so it had a good amount of time to blend, and i gotta say, very nice.I filled my tank with it because i had already had a peanut butter juice in there, and this will be my juice i take with me to work tommorow,so i will get a full day to test this juice out,but so far i would say definitey something i plan to make more of.

I feel kinda stupid asking this, considering I'm from GA... but what flavors are good with peach? To me peaches are about as exciting as.. I dunno, paper towels? They're ok, I don't hate em or anything, and home made peach ice cream is really something... but to me they suffer from severe dullness. I've never been a fan at all of mixed fruits for actual edibles, I prefer them one at a time, but I'm finding with vaping that some are good, mixed... like putting 4 different sweet tarts or Smarties in your mouth at the same time. Just wondering about opinions of what flavors mix well with peach.

I'd recommend blueberry (I have a blueberry/peach cobbler recipe - real food - that I'm dying to try.) I'm going through all my fruits in my head at the moment.... Pears - I thought I saw a Peaches and Pears juice (maybe even Bill's?)

Ooooooh, orange. I like that combo too :)

Never been a huge fan of orange anything except the juice, but even that seems odd to me since I stopped mixing gin into it. :D The blueberry might be interesting; I kinda gave up on my efforts for any kind of blueberry pastry, but maybe the 2 together would make some magic. Custard, ice cream/gelato, or whipped cream type base?

Lately I'm also trying some cherry flavors; generally I'm not crazy about cherry flavor, especially tart or sour, but the sweet cherry flavor, I do like... cherry soda like Code Red -- I finally ordered some TFA ginger ale flavor too, and since someone said it lacked "sparkle", I also ordered some of the champagne flavor; my favorite ginger ale was always Canada Dry, it's the only one worthy of the name, and with that kind of dryness, I thought the champagne flavor might really kick it. Thought I might add a touch of koolada also. The 2 cherries I have on order are TFA's cherry extract, and Lorann's Cherry; other cherries were then out of stock, at wizlabs.

I had made one with peach, been a while but it was good. Apple 3%, Ripe Strawberry 3%, peach 3%, English toffee 0.5%, and 2% cotton candy.

I use 25% FC Peach, 50/50, 5% nic and 5% TFA Peach Juicy with some Stevia. Alone the TFA peach is pretty bad to me. Perfumy and aftertaste, but as a minor additive to the FC peach it works out nicely.

I also found the Peaches and Cream from NF organic I got from High Desert Vapes to be pretty good as well as their Bavarain creme and their custard. I have a few others on the way from them. As well as a few more from FC. And a couple from CAP.

 that's funny
OK, Too me, its a softer more delicate flavor, so harder to work with, but ..
I like to make a peach "cobbler" .... just the peach, and your favorite bakery type flavoring.
You can also use a maple or brown sugar, and throw in some "pecans"
I like it with Brandy (for your friends)
There are also several tobacco flavors it goes with, and some Tea's.
Some mild Cinnamon with Peach is good
It's always good with various creams, and fruits ...
These are just a few, but looking around, you should end up with several peach recipes in the file, just for a change-up flavor
If ya come up with a "goodie", let us all know:pop:
