I'm on a summertime quest.... 'Tis the season for a super-juicy, sweet honeydew mix. I don't know if I need to throw other melon-types in, but my base attempt at merely honeydew and sweetener just don't cut it. Desperately seeking recommendations :D

Hi, first post here, but I have been reading and learning for awhile. Appreciate all the great recipes I have found in this thread:toast: I guess it might be time to share something back....

Here is one I call Melon Cream and it is one I enjoy a lot

TPA Watermelon 5%
TPA Strawberry 7%
TPA Honeydew 5%
TPA Bavarian Cream 2%
TPA Vanilla Swirl 3%
EM 3%

I mix it at 50/50 pg/vg I like my fruits fairly sweet and creamy.

Another that I vape daily is what I have come up in trying to re-create Suicide Bunny Madrina. It is not exact - but I do vape this one everyday :D This one I mix at 40/60 pg/vg

TPA Honeydew 7%
TPA Cantaloupe 7%
TPA Watermelon 3%
TPA Bavarian Cream 3%
TPA Vanilla Swirl 2%
TPA Strawberry (Ripe) 2%
TPA Dulce de Leche 4%
TPA French Vanilla 3%
TPA Sweetner 3%

Hopefully one of these will give you some ideas.

I tried and gave up on the TFA Watermelon, Cantelope and the Inawera Melon. Pretty horrible in my opinion. VERY perfumy and not accurate flavor.
Inawera arbuz is a very good watermelon. You have to start l low an be work up % wise

I had /have the TFA watermelon, but I will stay with the FC watermelon it does not care what strength if you make it strong it just tastes strongly like watermelon like flavoring should.
With the TFA in Watermelon and Cantelope I started low like 3% tried it then 5% tried it7% tried it 10% tried it 15% then gave up.

I tried the same with the Inawera Melon and was not impressed.

The CAP sweet strawberry is pretty good.

I put a few bottles of this together as it was supposed to be a version of MBV Gwar Spew without the green food coloring.

6% Pear
4% Strawberry (Ripe)
4% Honeydew
2% Mango
1% Cantaloupe (FA)
1.25% Fuji (FA)

I made it MaxVG for dripper use and it was enjoyed by myself and a few friends.

The Original posted recipe called for Canaloupe (FA) but the poster used (CAP) and I used TFA. I also subbed Apple for the Fuji flavor. I do realize that subbing flavors can change the final taste but one can only use the flavors on hand. ;)

Huckleberry is a flavor I don't see mentioned here a lot, or ever? It's a great fruity flavor, and VERY strong, so I wanted to leave a comment on this for anyone searching in the future.

Unlike many other TFA flavors, TFA's Huckleberry can be used at 0.5-1% for a very strong full flavored juice, go to 2% if you want it "in your face" strong :D

Does not mix well with others, I mean easily covers other flavors, so if you want to try mixing with it start with 0.5% or less :thumb:

Tastes nothing like blueberry to me. Wild Blueberry would be TFA Wild Blueberry :D

As for strength, that's something the flavor compounder decides when bottling the flavor for public sale, so it's strength was what TFA decided to make or leave it as.

It's strong and she mentions it on-site too.

I've never ate them so I don't know, I was only referring to the TFA flavorings :)

I do think all fruit/berry fans should try TFA huckleberry, it's a great flavor and VERY strong compared to most other TFA flavors.

* That 5% she mentions on site may be the reason she also mentions "some people love it, some hate it" Not sure I could stomach 5% either and would probably hate it, but 1-2% is lovely.
