Did some mixing this morning before I ran out the door to work... I wasn't fond of the strawberry starburst, so I redid it with kiwi. Turned out really tasty! Still tweaking the Tahitian Dragon idea, but it's progressing well. And I think one final tweak and I'll have the Cinnapear perfected... at least to make 30mls and see how it changes as it steeps...

I'm hoping to get some serious testing done this weekend... hopefully work won't interfere. I want to work on the five I've got going good at the moment, fix a sixth, test at least four more and play with the RY4 Asian I received from clnire today.

My goal is to have at least five recipes perfected to the point that I can make 60-120mls at a time and it be tasty from beginning to end by the end of January. If I can perfect ten, that's just brownies on the cake!

    Somewhere between here and there
The recipes I was playing with are

    Bill's Starburst
    Strawberry 8%
Sweet cream 4% (I used DX)
    Vanilla swirl 4%
    Cotton candy 2%
    Sweet and tart 2%

    CinnaPear
    Pear 10%
Cinnamon Danish 5% (I used DX)
French vanilla 3% (I used French vanilla creme, same percentage)
    Cotton candy 4%

    Tahitian Dragon
    Dragonfruit 8%
    Strawberries and cream 5%
    Vanilla swirl 5%
    Strawberry 2%
(Really wanted a pure vanilla, but didn't have one)

Any suggestions or am I heading in the right direction?

Here's the post where that recipe was mentioned. I would still download the Dropbox recipes.

I went with 10% on the mandarin. In my past experiments with it, the flavor didn't come through very strong. This one came out good.
Mandarine is one of my favorite flavors. I use it with tangerine, orange cream and a few other ingredients for one of my fave juices. I'm a flavor hound and use the mandarine at 10% mixed or 15% if i dont add the tangerine
