I'm not sure who to thank for this one. I'm almost certain I got it here on this thread (somewhere along the journey), but it is awesome. I call it SBtripleC and if you haven't tried it, you're missing out. :pervy:

Strawberry Banana Cream Cheese Cake
Banana Cream - 5%
Strawberry Ripe - 5%
Cheesecake Graham Crust - 8%
Whipped Cream - 3%
EM - 1%

The Cheesecake Graham Crust has the faintest hint of coconut that I just love.

BTW, thanks for the recent Rwhy4 recipe. I don't do tobacco, but this was yum.

This sounds good. I have those flavors so I'll do this next time I mix. Thanks!

I'd like to make a peppermint ice type juice. Maybe not so much icie as lightly menthol? Any ideas? I'm holding off on an order so I can get what 8'll need for this, too. Also is this going to be a tank cracker?
I've been working on one kinda like that. The base recipe I found was
9% TFA Peppermint
5% TFA Sweet Cream
4% TFA Vanilla Swirl
2% TFA Koolada
Personal preferences, I bumped the vanilla swirl to 5 and dropped the koolada to 1. It's been steeping about a week now and the peppermint is way stronger than I like, but would be close to a menthol lovers palate.

As for tank cracker status, I don't use PC tanks, so I don't know.

Thanks. Faerie! I don't want it creamy, but that gives me starting points for the peppermint & Koolada.

I have a question for you guys. I bought these flavors from TFA
Black cherry
cheesecake graham crust
Chai Tea Latte
I also bought a couple from Capella banna, sweet cream

They all suck....

I tried them all at 5% by themselves. And each and every one tastes either perfumey/chemicaly or just weird. The black cherry was the only one that actually tasted like a "flavor" but it even has a perfumey taste. Is it just me?

Anytime it tastes "perfumery", it's usually because the % is to high for your taste buds. If you are fortune enough to have taste buds that still work, this can be the problem.
Also, did you let them "steep' for a few days, or just mix and vape.
The fruits you can usually mix and vape, but anything else should sit a while (at least for me)
There are a lot of flavors at the right %, that are good solo.
Try the Black Cherry at one drop in 3ml to start. You can always add another drop or more base, until you find the best flavor.
The Black Cherry is one of the stronger flavors, so cut it way back, and go from there.
The Cheesecake/Graham is best used with another flavor.
It will enhance another flavor, but is not much on it's own.
The Chai Tea is another strong flavor .. test it the same as the Black Cherry
The Capella Banana I didn't care for either, no matter what %, or how I used it,.. so can't help there.
As for the Cream, speaking for all varieties of cream from any company, .. almost none of them are any good solo. They need to be used in a recipes or at least with one other flavor.
Their magic shows up when mixed with other flavors.
(I have to make an exception here for an Bavarian Cream I have)
Creams are treated more like an "additive" than a real flavor.

I'm not an expert, and everyone's taste buds are different, but that's my :2c:
Some people are sensitive enough that they use less than 1% ... opposite of me
Hope this helps you, and I'm sure there will be other suggestions.

Thank you for the suggestions. I have a feeling you may be correct about the percentages, i went back and made some at 10% and thats what really kicked this whole post off. I will try cutting them way back.

And yes i warm them under water and shake well. Then let them steep. One mix has been steeping about 2 months and its still nasty. Banna, cheesecake and sweet cream. I'll also order some new flavors and look at some recipes. Thanks for the help

From my blogs:

Floral/Chemical notes do exist in some flavors, or can occur at higher percentages in some flavors. To eliminate those notes, don't wait to see if they dissipate, the chemical/floral note is an indication of an incomplete mix, not a lack of steeping. Here are some suggestions:

1. Reducing the percentage flavoring of the primary can often times eliminate the floral/chemical note, or
2. Add 2% strawberry, or 2% raspberry to the mix. At these low percentages, they will not be significant, if they can be tasted at all, and they will help "neutralize" the offending chemical/floral notes. Primary flavoring at 7%+ will overwhelm these fruits at 2%. Give it a shot. :?:
3. Adding a good balance of creams, sweeteners and vanilla, even to tobaccos will not overwhelm the mix, if mixed at under 6% (each), and will supercharge and enhance the primaries. In so doing, they will also eliminate the chemical/floral notes in most cases. Many juices, including tobaccos, DO have creams and vanillas at low percentages. They round, smooth, and enhance the mix very effectively, and in small percentages are not significant, often not detectable. In most cases, the creams/vanillas/sweeteners will be the missing ingredient that we often cannot put our finger on.

Hope this helps!
Good luck! :toast: :D

I would recommend that you have a look at the Drop Box and find a dozen recipes that look good to you and mix them up. After doing so, you will have a much better idea (along with some good experience) at DIY. You'll be mixing your own concoctions in no time. Alternatively, you could read this entire thread and become an award winning mixologist.

I'm here, when I'm here
I may have been late to the game. But damn....that RWHY4 is really good!

Call me lazy for not back reading
whistling.gif
but, what was that recipe you used for the RWHY4?? I'm having this overwhelming need to order something. It's either ingredients or a mod and I have enough of those. If I order a mod, then I have to order more batteries which could lead to another battery case and a charger and.......I'm rambling, aren't I? :D
