Exactly three months ago, this issue arose and received the V4L crew's promises of upcoming clarification. Numerous posts since then have continued to raise the issue with no apparent resolution. Or maybe some of us have just missed it.

To our beloved crew... Now seems like a good time to clear the air. What's the plan--or at least the reasons for any indecision? :2cool:

jeffree, I know and understand your concerns about this line. Unfortunately we do not have any more information than we did before on this matter. I wish there was more I could tell you.

BHam, with all due respect and nothing at all personal intended... I think someone at V4L could at least explain the driving issue here. Is it a lack of quality control? The higher costs involved? Governmental issues? This issue doesn't involve rocket science. To be frank, I think V4L is driving away at least a few folks with its lack of openness concerning this issue. I read their posts. I receive their PMs. I don't even use the USA line, but watching my forum friends' frustration (with a company I've long supported and recommended) is inching me toward the door. I really hate to say that, but it's true. C'mon, V4L. Step up to the plate when long-time fans are in need.

I think you're probably right in this aspect. I made 7 orders in the first 4 months of the year, and only 1 since then. I feel the need to find suitable replacements should the line disappear, and unfortunately that means shopping with other vendors. Also, the price fluctuations on the remaining stock are baffling since an aging product nearing or past expiration should go down in price, not up.

The worse part of this is that I've introduced at least 5 people to the USA line, and now they too are frustrated that their go-to flavors haven't been available. Of course they look to me for information and I have to do what the V4L staff has done to us... simply shrug my shoulders.

While the staff may not have any additional information to share with us, it would be nice to get ANY information at all. Keeping long-time customers in the dark when someone obviously knows something... well that doesn't exactly inspire confidence in your brand. I want to love V4L again but it feels like the company attitude has changed, and people are definitely starting to notice.

Very nicely & respectfully put Jeffree. I do not use the USA Line either, however I too have watched the ongoing lack of response on the issue. A little 'transparency' would be appreciated.

On the other hand, if there are delicate issues involved such as legal action, it could make it impossible for V4L to comment. I shall reserve judgement and assume that our friends at V4L have their reasons for the silence.

I used to spend a ton of money at V4L but ever since the USA problem has happened, I haven't really placed one. It's been months. My husband used to make fun of me because I would try to convert people to V4L but not anymore. I'm no longer interested in Chinese juice and I'm now using vendors who exclusively make their own, here in the US. But I've converted my mom to you guys so at least you have that, I guess.

I also used to drop hundreds of dollars at vapor4life. When folks ask me about ecigs and where to find one, I still direct them to V4L, because I trust them and feel they have superior products compared to gas stations & malls (also have hundreds of business cards from past frequent orders)...however, I personally have stopped ordering juices and pre-filled cartomizers due to cost and taste preferences. I still buy my blanks when I see a sale worth it and stock up, but I have turned to other vendors for juice, and parts due to price concerns. The sales used to make it worth my wild...however the sales are usually not very substantial with the increased prices on parts, and I have found larger ecigs that I am less likely to lose...haha (and are cheaper than XL or regular batteries). May be off topic, but just wanted to share.

Apologize for not being as active on this forum. This girl got her first "big girl job" for the county and I've been running around like a chicken with my head cut off. I have been recommending clients who are also trying to quit cigarettes to V4l.
