Lori mentioned it first! :laugh: And Bridget beat me to it...it is a healthy thing to do. And this is the health nuts thread ya know. ;) And don't bother with the attachments...don't need 'em. Trust me. :laugh: Excellent gift as well...my girlfriends luv me. ;)

The gift that keeps on giving.............*giggle*..............and no batteries! Extension cord may come in handy though....

Omg is right, lol! But you guys are right, totally healthy and necessary, haha!

On a more health nut topic, I am trying to give up soda. Totally addicted my whole life, and thought I could never give it up. But I thought that about my beloved smokes as well, and we all know how that turned out!

So here I am day two. Replacing the soda with water. Happened to have a couple lemons, so I'm adding lemon juice to each bottle today. Drinking a lot of coffee to keep away the caffeine headaches, but will cut down a bit after a few days.

I have been pretty sedentary, so I'm gonna try some stretching and walking to get started.

Some protein Papaw. Almonds, peanut butter, a protein bar.. HTH..

Papaw, peanut butter and graham crackers has been my savior. Fills me up when nothing else will. Just try to eat only what you absolutely need to drive the hunger monster away. Peanut butter is really filling and it usually doesn't take much.

Now I can do some Peanut Butter ! Mamaw keeps two to four jars in the cupboard, and she claims I'm the only one who eats it !
Trouble is, we're talking a sleeve of Ritz and 1/3 jar of PB.... at a time. Yea Buddy ! However, we just did two pieces light toast with a thin layer of PB for lunch, and it definitely helped. Didn't get my exercises in again tonight (two night in a row) but my Lawn Project has me busy until sundown, so I am not just Vegging out in front of the TV either. But this Cold Front is wrecking Havoc on my arthritis. Like Can't Sleep form pain/ discomfort arthritis. So even though I am still trying to diet, I will need enough of a bedtime snack to support 800mg Ibuprofin (1/3 plate of leftover pasta/ chicken maybe).
Then it is supposed to be colder tomorrow.
Health Fair Friday Morning. Looking forward to blood test results, just to see where I'm at and what needs to be done.
