Well I've gotten a couple good days of use out of my new iTaste V3.0. I ordered the complete package since I needed new clearomizers anyway so I figured I'd pay an extra $10 or so and get them all together instead of paying like $20 somewhere else and I wanted to try the iClear 16s anyway. The only thing I don't like about the iTaste so far is the battery life but that seems to be the general consensus here anyway. It's quite annoying how my Vision Twist battery lasts twice as long as this one. I tested out my old Vision VTs with the resistance feature to see why they weren't working and it read non so I'm assuming that means there's an open circuit in them but I don't understand how a brand new clearomizer works fine and then randomly goes out a week and a half later. I like the features on the battery, I don't really have much use for the vw feature since I use the same clearomizers but I found a good wattage that works well so I figured I'd just keep in that way instead of messing with it. It's really helpful to be able to tell how much battery is left and the light on the power button helps alot (I charge it when it gets to about 3.7V). I just got new eliquid flavors as well so I can't compare the flavor to my old stardusts but the iClear 16s seem to have better flavor and vapor production from the extra wick in it so I'm quite impressed with them. I'm most likely going to make my iTaste my at home battery and my Twist my battery for when I go out. The only thing that I can think of that would make the iTaste better is a larger battery but I'm satisfied with it.

I'm totally loving having two of them. One goes with me to work, and it's done by the time I get home, when I put it on the charger and grab the fully charged one for the evening.

Two is the way to go! Took me awhile to order my second. Should've done it sooner.

Cool! It is a nice device. And lilkly saving on shipping from two vendors, as well.

Yes, 800 mA is small. I think we're all wishing for a 1300 VV3++ :)

Your intermittent clearos may have a slightly pushed pin. Can easily happen if you put them on too tight. And easy to fix. Use some tweezers or fine point needle nose, or put a pin (gently) into the center hole just enough to let you rock and lift the pin just a hair or two. Some other possibilities exist, but that's a likely culprit.

I never go out without at least two functioning devices :)

And no where do they claim that they are the six rivet. I think they would mention it if they were.

*Edit: It does show the six rivet in the picture.

These guys have the six rivet full express kit, all colors, delivered. $29.95. Myself and others on this thread have used them and experienced good service and super fast shipping.

It's been confirmed that these are the real thing?
I have two vvs, but you never know.

Yes. These are authentic. You can register them with innokin. They have the scratch off code.

Thanks! I just ordered one mini kit (as my backup) and a full set for Hubby, who loves mine and wants to start vaping with zero nic). He occasionally smokes cigars and this would be a much better choice.

That was the first thing I tried, no luck. :/ I didn't drop them or anything either so there can't be something on the inside that's broken.

So the Igo L doesn't have wire holes for the coil. First wrap attempt was an utter failure. Wrapped the loop twice around each screw in the post, but when I twisted the screw down, it completely ruined the coil that was so beautifully wrapped.

Going to need to figure out a good way to do the loops around the post without destroying my beautiful micro coil.

I got my vv yesterday. So far I'm impressed with the performance, battery life is good so far. I like the pass through feature, it comes in handy when I'm on the road. The biggest thing for me is the way it works with my protank mini. I have the original version with the small tip. It looks great and I don't feel like I'm toting a flashlight.

I use the kanger T3S, it's also quite petite, considering it holds almost 3ml! When I told my mom I had gotten a new "device" that didn't resemble a cigarette (as my eRoll does), she asks, well what does it look like? I thought for a minute... and answered: "A magic wand!" That's what it is, as far as I'm concerned! :D *POOF! NASTY CIGARETTES VANISHED!*

I only give them a half bend and then tighten. It will still draw the coil in a little but not like wrapping all the way around (twice). You need to take in to consideration that it is going to draw in a mm or two as you tighten. Also you need to remember to wrap in the direction that you are tightening the screw.

Takes a little doing and I have to wear 4X glasses but eventually you get it down. I think I watched an Igo video by one of the bearded fat guys, P.Brusado or something like that and that helped a little but really it is just a matter of doing it a couple of times.

Luck

Hi,

I have been using iTaste V3 for about 3 months now, i realized that curently the battery does not seem to be able to be fully recharged as it shows 3.9 volts constantly no matter how long i charged it. Anyone else experience this or period of 3 months is expected for iTaste VV V3?

Thanks

Are you letting the battery light go out when you charge? Are you in VV mode and seeing your voltage setting vs. the remaining voltage?

Thanks capt. I'll try that half bend moving forward. Also, I'll be sure that I go clockwise to go with the screw.

I think rip trippers is the dude with the big bushy beard. He's the one that I watched to learn how to make a micro coil.

I'm in VW mode, i've only realized this problem after few times of overnight charging and the light stayed green. A bit disappointed as i read one of the forumer here wrote that his/hers stays good after 5 months.

I'm still rocking one from October and it's wiring just fine.

Orders another one and been using it for 3 weeks. No issues with either.

Try using another USB cable or a different wall wart
