I've had the regular lemo for about 3months now. I pulled the trigger and ordered the drop- which came in today. Definitely has more flavor than the regular-sized Lemo.
My only complaint is that there's a chip near the edge of the glass. Hopefully vaper-company will send me a replacement.

It's no wonder you Lemo is getting warm, your coils have an insulation layer. Your airflow isn't cooling them efficiently, they need to get warmer to vaporize the juice and they cool down slower.

As i have stated before, my Moded Lemo Drop, has more airflow then anyone on this forum at this time. i have posted pics. Im 20% and 20min away from modding my Lemo to have same airflow as Atlantis.

The issue is, a too big of a coil; 3mm 24g 7 wraps(0.71ohm). So yes, it takes time for the coil to cool.

I was looking for a permanent and semi practical solution to keep the coil/tank cooled with out caring an ice-pack around.

Here is a fresh re-wick that i just did. Good for up to 41w. I wicked the rayon thiner this time, so no vaping at +50watts.

edit:

Before some of you get out of shape and go nutty on me; I do not daily vape at 41watts or at 50watts. I only use high wattage to test my wick, to make sure that its wicked properly in the first place and i dont get any dry hits after a 5 sec direct lung inhale/hit with 70VG 0MG Nic juice.

After the high wattage test, I daily vape between 22-26watts.

Anyone wanna be a sweetheart and help mod my lemo? Heeeheeheeehee

Sure. What do you want to do to it?

I increased the air flow so much on mine that I had to put the AFC ring back on to restrict it a little. (with a single coil nickel build the flavor wasn't that good under 35watts)

Now you have me thinking. Maybe if I drilled the center post holes larger than just to the next larger size it would make enough difference that I wouldn't have to slot the base the way I have been.

I opened the vertical hole to 3.4mm, but that's really pushing it. (I'm surprised the threads are still holding it together) The horizontal holes are all 2mm, but you're right, any bigger than 1.7mm and you're really just wasting your time...however, even though my math says the combined volume of the 4 horizontal holes doesn't need to be any larger than the volume of the vertical hole, it sure seemed like the air flow increased when I opened them up to 2mm!?! I guess that shows what I know about Fluid Dynamics :)

Got a question...

I am noticing that my Lemo, with a partially filled tank, seems to flood if I am walking with it in my hand. Basically, a bunch of light shaking where the Lemo gets turned on its side via the arm swing.

What I need to know is how to un-flood a Lemo.

Thanks!

Best way I've found to deflood any tank atty is the thermometer flick. Remove drip tip, firmly holding the device make a swift downward motion then stop the motion quickly at the bottom of the stroke. Excess juice will fly out of the device. It's kind of like shaking down the mercury in an old fashion thermometer. Works every time.

Note: make sure you're holding the tank, not just the battery. Better yet, remove the tank from the batt before flicking.

I've never had one of the Lemo's flood, but I don't see why you couldn't clear it Kayfun style: Cover the airholes with a paper towel, invert the tank, and blow through it. I suppose with the Lemo, you could do this with the 510 base removed.

Doesn't seem like what you're doing should be enough for the tank to flood. Maybe try a little more cotton in the liquid wells.
