Do any stores have washers that would work on Lemo? I think mine are way over due for replacement

And another questions, seeing how a lot of you are using spaced coils with great results, what is a good screw or method, preferably around 2.5mm?

1.
You should lube the washers with a bit of juice after washing the tank, thus they should last a very long time. And dont gorilla tighten the tank down. The glass should spin with slight resistance. If you over tighten it, then washers will get crushed and over time deform.

I use a screw driver set similar in the pic. Takes a bit of practice to make a spaced coil, but wire is dirt cheap and its a good to practice.

Been having dry hit issues with 2 of my lemos recently and im wondering if its a vacuum issue,

Either you didnt use enough wick, or its a vacuum issue.

Close off all the air holes with your fingers and do a short hard inhale, and you should see bubbles rise up in the tank. If you dont see any bubbles, then you dont have enough wick inside the coil. I had same issue when i first started making coils on RDA and RTA; not enough wick.

I use 6/32, 8/32, M4, I use M4 more than the others.

I do get bubbles when closing off the air and taking primer puffs, also put new gaskets on and a new bild yesterday, still getting dry hits maybe every ten puffs. Im stumped as all 3 are doing it and this is the first time ive ever had issues with these in the months ive had them

I just read the past few posts, so sorry if I repeat something, but do you use a spaced coil? I find that when I build my lemo with a compact coil (where all the wraps are touching) I get dry hits also.....every 6 pulls or so. Also, your wicks need to be really chunky. Most of the time with RTAs, less is more....but I find it's not the same with the lemo. The wicks have to really be thick. That's my opinion anyways.

Just in case somebody needs it, I found a 12ml syringe and 14 gauge needle at Farmers Co-op for 79 cents plus tax. They had much larger syringes too.

Has anyone tried or thought about drilling out the center holes in the positive and negative posts? I would love to try a single parallel coil in one of my lemos and I think it would be so much easier to do so if those post holes were bigger. I have a feeling it would be a real pain since you'd be working with something so tiny. The positive post probably would be that bad since you can remove it, but the negative post would probably be a real ......
Hopefully someone else has tried it so they can lay some knowledge on me!

I have been thinking about it too. I did manage to get a parallel 28g in there just but was a pita, also getting twisted wires in there is not easy.

I'm not one to troll so I'll post here. I bought a subtank mini last weekend and I don't like it as much as my Drop. The subtank has a bit more flavor but I think that's because it throws hot juice on my tongue. The vape seems to have a larger particle size too, not as soft and silky as the Lemo. The RBA head just flat doesn't wick as well as the Lemo. I'll be enlarging the juice channels as a last ditch effort to get some use from it. The way the coil attaches to the base is genius though and I hope eleaf "kangs" it in the future.
Truly, in 9 months of vaping and making careful choices in equipment this is the first purchase I've regretted.

I took a major gamble on the Subtank and the Subtank mini ... I have three of each. I'm not satisfied and certainly not impressed. I truly thought they were the next "greatest thing" ... and while they do have some desirable features (intuitive airflow adjustment, ability to work on the build without draining, etc.) they still don't even come close to the flavor I get from the Lemo.

As I mentioned in a few posts back ... I hope the Lemo continues (or starts?) to evolve. It would be nice to have a little more "robust" airflow adjustment, and ability to work on the deck without draining, as long as these features don't take away from the performance specifically when flavor is concerned.

It's not as good as a Lemo, true, but as a plug and play atty, it's good! The RBA deck is a little squirrly but it provides better flavor than the prebuilt coils by a mile. I may have gotten a deck with a little better tooling and better juice channels but I find that if you build a coil on it that is like the one that's on it originally, orientation wise, you don't get "juice over" vape as you would by inverting the coil!

Wicking wise, bushy is better and clear the way for the juice!!

Being the German silica/ ribbon freak that I am. I tried this. Why not bring the juice further up the barrel. Inserting silica in the juice channels was a tough job to get the wicking properly. SS mesh acts like a straw, and the wicking is endless. Love it !!!

Basically it's a silica coil. I inserted the ss wicks because the juice channels are too big for silica. The ss wicks keeps the device from flooding. Acts like two straws when I take a hit. I'll post more pics when I rebuild again.

Sooooo I decided to do a new coil for my lemo due to the purchase of a 50watt istick... I decides to guesstimate the diameter of this screw driver I had because I didnt want to use the one I had previously used...
SO I start building a 24g 1.2ohm coil, or so I believed... I thought this screwdriver was about 3mm so 12-13 wraps should be about right... WELL it turns out this screwdriver was 5mm in diameter, giving me a 1.8ohm 24g coil I still decide to install it on the lemo and holy ....ing .... balls this is the largest coil that will fit in here!!! Anyways this thing hits like a train on my 50 watt istick the surface area is absolutely insane, will post up a pic to show how freaking massive this thing is once I change juice or rewick.
