I still catch myself getting in the pickup (or car), starting it up and THEN rolling the windows down, cuz you KNOW what's coming next! HAHA! Roll 'em back UP bud!
I wonder how many of us who smoked inside have stopped allowing our friends to smoke in our house or car. The way I see it, my apartment already smells, so why be an ungracious hostess?
**i dont have to worry about catching a bail of hay on fire in the back of my truck if i accidentally threw out a cigarette .... from the window (yes it has happened to me before)

Also, they can be impressed with how UNtempted I am to bum one!![]()
Really? The smoke smell went away in a couple of weeks in my house.
Call me crazy, but I still love the smell of a freshly lit analog...

I have not banned smoking in my house. I figure that if someone is nice enough to visit, I want them to be comfortable and feel welcome during their stay. I've found that a couple of days of opening the windows gets rid of the occasional smoker smells very nicely.
Not having to remember catchy comebacks when people complain about my smoking. "Your smoke is bothering me!", "Yeah well it's f'in killing me lady" (ok maybe that's a slight disadvantage cause I really did love saying that one)
No more BUMS.
