The most confusing tracking info ever

This order was made December 10th using UPS Worldwide Expedited, delivery time is claimed to be 3-7 days.
The "Pkg delay-add'l security check" was UPS trying to call me for permission to act as brokers for the package, this added 2 days because I wasn't home to get the call.
The proposed delivery was the 20th, I have no Idea when the package will arrive.

lol.... i had one that looked like that too..... they explained that scans get done, but not updated in real time.... but this one is exceptional. Very well-travelled package it would appear!
