Trog I think your transcript with e-cig.com is the likely truth. Sasha only got 4 carts, I am more than happy to wait than get 4 carts of 84, Money wise that's like 50% missing at least. Secondly the other person that's received theirs ordered Cherry and changed to Menthol, those could be the least likely flavors people are buying. I bought a tobacco flavor and I suspect they are the most popular and also the most rare. So will just keep waiting.

i am happy to wait as long as i know i am getting the product.. but i strongly doubt this is the case.. six weeks china to china is just too long for this to be a simple supply problem..

i think other problems are there... i have basically written my money off.. i dont really care if something turns up it turns up.. if it dosnt it dosnt..

just to point out i am not simply p-ssed off cos i havnt got my product.. i only ordered it out of curiosity..

what i fear is a company collecting lots of money then being lumbered with having to refund because they cant for whatever reason supply that product..

as i say it wont really bother me.. but the bottom line is they should have offered refunds weeks ago.. they havnt.. and the product is still on sale.. why...

Unlike you Trog - I AM concerned to get my money back - call me 'tight' but I'm not keen to write off near £100. I've written to them, no response. I've written to cancel the order, no response. No refund.

Come Friday next it'll be time to inform my CC company to cancel the transaction - after that e-cig.com can deal with my CC company who have more resources to deal with this kind of problem than I do.

Note to all, (I am not at this point yet with e-cig.com, but I will go there after due diligence): If you are having problems dealing with any company importing products into the US marketplace, file a complaint with the USITC. Specify in your complaint the exact name of the company (correct spelling is essential), brief nature of complaint (less than 100 words), dates of contact. If the number of complaints against any importing company reaches the established threshold (# varies depending on product category), a formal investigation is launched, and the company could be barred from importing into the US marketplace.


Update...After not receiving my order as promised from e-cig.com, I filed my complaint with the USITC on 11-5-08. I then requested a refund (via a phone call to e-cig.com), and within 12 hours the refund was credited to my account. I will NEVER deal with e-cig.com again, nor will I stop pursuing this complaint.

Got my tracking number today for the 80 flue-cured 24mg carts that were ommitted form my first shipment, also a replacement battery because one of mine went dodgy last week. I have been refilling the same cart for 11 days now with e-cig's own 24mg flue-cured liquid. Still getting voluminous smoke. makes me wonder what I need with 80 carts if each one can be refilled for a week or two... At first I was planning to use them as intended, puff puff, throw away. But the DIY personality in me cant stop filling this one cart! I don't know if I am happy overall, but I am impressed by the performance of the new minicig when the battery is healthy. every other ecig that i have used i have had to supplement analog cigs here and there just to keep nic levels at theraputic. the ciggy is great, but I can tell i will need to order at least 2 more batteries if i want to keep the vapor billowing. super slow to nonexistent shipping and super sparse to nonexistent communication has my nerves raw. any way it is the s#*t that makes the flowers grow. Happy VAPING everybody!!!

Forum members should be aware that FauxPuff's posts and member responses to them are required reading. This is the only thread "falsey" posts on and if further proof be needed about unscrupulous e-cig.com practice then this is it - at least it is for me.

If you're in doubt - read Faux's posts, note dates and the fact that legit forium members have continued to report that their orders (made many weeks ago - over a month) have not been received. Then click on Faux's name and see what contribution he/she has made to the various threads since May.

I'm just someone who sees a feathered creature that quacks and calls it a duck. That's just me.
