Note to all, (I am not at this point yet with e-cig.com, but I will go there after due diligence): If you are having problems dealing with any company importing products into the US marketplace, file a complaint with the USITC. Specify in your complaint the exact name of the company (correct spelling is essential), brief nature of complaint (less than 100 words), dates of contact. If the number of complaints against any importing company reaches the established
threshold (# varies depending on product category), a formal investigation is launched, and the company could be barred from importing into the US marketplace.
Update...After not receiving my order as promised from e-cig.com, I filed my complaint with the USITC on 11-5-08. I then requested a refund (via a phone call to e-cig.com), and within 12 hours the refund was credited to my account. I will NEVER deal with e-cig.com again, nor will I stop pursuing this complaint.
