Faux - I'm not having a go at you and my apologies if that's what I've communicated. FauxPuff is an excellent handle for e-cigs. I'm also grateful you've taken the trouble to post your review of a product many here have been eagerly awaiting.

Our - no - MY - dissatisfaction with e-cig.com's business practices has made me more cynical than I normally am. It wasn't my intention to focus that frustration on you.

BTW - I'm not a "pacifier style" smoker - I don't want to be any kind of smoker. I want to stop smoking and vaping is my way of trying to achieve that objective. That objective (which I think most in the forum share) is significantly damaged by unreliability - whether it be in equipment or in business practice.

well faux.. u seem to have done a grand job of telling people who paid for a product just under six weeks ago what they needed to be told by e-cig..

that after waiting six weeks they will eventually get their product in the end and that when they do it is a good product..

if i dont get mine within one week i will go back to assuming the product does not in reality as yet exist..

if i do get it i will let people know..

If you don't get your product in the next week Trog I think e-cig.com should be taken off the list of suppliers and moved to a "blacklist" of unscrupulous dealers - at least until they contact people they have taken money from and cease the practice of taking further orders.

i warned them a couple of day ago.. big problems if they dont tell people.. i said they have not shipped any as yet.. their reply was they were waiting for parts and would ship as soon as they can "sorry".. fair enough..

then up pops faux saying they have shipped some.. he has one.. with pics of a shiny finish one with all identification marks conveniently removed saying its a very good product..

do i smell fish.. your bloody right i do... he he he

but if i get mine soon i will own up to my nose being a bit off.. he he he

my take on this is e-cig are having real supply problems for whatever reason.. i dont think for one second they intended to deceive.. but having made delivery promises they havnt kept and all the rest they now have real problems..

lets hope the supplies do come thru and they do ship the orders..

in my world sh-t happens.. e-cig have put their foot in a pile of it.. if they dont ship soon..

I just received my "new minicig" from e-cig.com which I had ordered on the 11th of October. I ordered cherry flavor in my kit originally, but after contacting David Yang to inquire about my delayed order, he responded by saying that he did not have cherry flavor and would have to substitute with menthol. To me, menthol does not seem like a good substitution for cherry but he said it was all he had in flavors with nicotine, so I accepted.

First impressions.. It seems to work well. The atomizer only stays on for about 3 seconds it seems, but it produces a lot of vapor in that short amount of draw time. Much more vapor than my boyfriend's "super cigarette" he picked up from ebay to use in a theatre production.

The menthol flavor smells a bit chemically and odd, reminds me of absorbing jr. mixed with a bit of vick's vapo rub. Certainly not cherry.

I haven't had a cigarette in about 3 hours. Normally after 3 hours of not having a cigarette I would really be craving one but I've been puffing on this thing instead and I can see how this is going to help me cut way down or eliminate real cigarettes completely.

I'm not clear on how I can refill these cartridge types, if at all. If someone else has one and knows if this is possible or not I would love it if you could tell me.

thanks for the extra photos fauxpuff. i can see now that the NM is a clone of the loong and not the actual product which i was suspecting as the terminal on the battery is different though they might fit. the design of the cartridge looks the same. crazy that you can get 8hrs use out of the battery. i will be looking forward to trying this model.

jp81 you can drip the cart by removing the rubber cap with something small like a match-stick or a christmas cracker-screwdriver. but try to drip precisely and not directly onto the centre but around it. not too much either. I also would like to reiterate trog's and soots comments and ask what exactly does yang have to do with a product that you bought from e-cig.com?

I am talking about the "New MiniCig" from e-cig.com.. cartridge and atomizer in one.

I thought it was David Yang but now I think I'm not sure. When I went back and looked at the emails he signs them David, while the e-mail address that he gave me indicates that his real name is Li Ang. Which I read as Yang for some reason and then put David and Yang together.. I figured that he was just using an american name like they sometimes like to do when dealing with americans. I think I got confused reading other threads.

i wonder if someone hasnt hacked e-cig and is monitoring all transactions. i wouldnt make any purchases through them till its sorted and if you must, make sure you use a temporary credit card.
