Hi Bruce, I was not happy the way your people or you handled the transactions in your website. I am from the Philippines and three weeks ago, I preordered a penelope from your website and charged it to my credit card at a certain rate per dollar. The transaction was confirmed and after a few day, the status of the order was changed to "refunded". I emailed to your "contact us" and got no reply whatsoever. Is that how you treat your customers? No explanations?

Do you know the consequence I got from this refunded transaction? You returned my payment back to my credit card but I got a lesser amount from what I paid you because of the exchange rates they use. You did not only inconvinient me but you also made us lose some money. Would you be happy if it happened to you?

I hope you would correct this discriminating practice of yours.

Bruce (COV) is only authorize to sell GG products in USA, Canada and Mexico only. It is clearly stated on his website so I am sure that's the reason you got refunded because you are from Philippines.

Theken the Penelope will come with some wire and wick. When extra wick and wire is back in stock you should pick some up for future rebuilding. You will need Resistance Wire, No Resistance Wire and some Wick.
