Hello Leaford! I recently ordered the Maxxfusion starter kit, thinking that the batteries would be compatible with 901 attys for direct dripping. Although I am happy with the Bloog product and performance with cartos, I got nothing when I screwed on my atty to the bloog battery. I have become spoiled to dripping VG liquid with other KR808D-1 battery brands and was hoping to do the same with the Bloog. Any comments or suggestions? Otherwise, my Bloog rocks!

Hey Leaford,

I can't wait for the 555 juice personaly, but I have a customer who only likes the Red and Kamel flavor. Are there any plans to sell those juices, and if so when?

thanks,

Red and Kamel will be on the next release. There's more, exciting, liquid news to come, but I can't share it just yet. Yeah I know, I;m such a tease. :D

Well, I don't have a 901 atty to test at the moment, but it should work. I can only think of two reasons off hand why it wouldn't. One is that the extra airflow through the 901 atty is diverting airpressure from the battery and so failing to activate the switch. Try blocking the airhole on the atty and see if that helps.

The other possibility is that the power posts might not be making a good connection due to small thread differences. Try using the staple mod. Take a small length of staple wire, fold it to fit into the threads, lay it across the power post and screw on the atty. The wire should bridge the gap between the two posts.

(note: I don't use the staple mod myself, so maybe someone with more experience with it can give a better description...)

I LOVE your batteries and cartos and give you much play on the ECF ;0... My question is: are there any plans for a different or more powerful PCC. I DON'T have your new pcc but I have two similar cheap ones... I vape hard and 4 recharges isn't enough. I went to an all day affair and I'm looking for a PCC that has more power, is small (for your pocket) and no wasted space for cartos--I can carry those in my other case or in any case. Anything like that otw? It seems even a moderate vaper can't go to a 1pm to really late night event (like 2am) without at least 2 pccs of some type...

Thanks for the PCC response! Pretty awesome that you respond to customer requests here in such a timely fashion. I won't feel so bad giving you all my money ;0

In regards to the carrying 6 bats post--can the batteries (auto) be carried in a metal container? Like a metal cig case? So could I line them up in a metal cigarette case touching each other?

Should be fine as long as nothing gets inside the end of the battery to short it, and nothing activates the battery.

A Mentos gum container also makes a great impromptu battery/carto case that pockets very easily:

The five 78mm batteries pictured isn't quite practical unless one trims a bit of plastic lip off of the back of the lid, but three batteries and four cartos is very do-able without any modification at all.

Regarding the new tips..

update after using these things non-stop for a few days..

I FREAKING LOVE THEM!

however, I have a suggestion ...

HEY LEAFORD,

I'm getting a lot more juice drip on my lip than normal. Not enough to prevent me from using them, but enough to be annoying. Is there a way to shape the inside of these tips better to prevent juice backing up?

Please let me know!

So in regards to carrying mass batteries is there a group style charger to keep them charged. In looking around my room I have 3 wall chargers going, a pcc going and a pcc not in use. I could get used to having a ton of bats ready for an event and carrying them in one case and cartos in another case but I don't really like having a million chargers going? Any one outlet chargers for mass batteries around now?

OR what is the discharge rate/day on a mini? Can I charge up a few a day or two before an event?

I carry an average of 15 to 20 batts in my sales case at all times. Some of them might be in there for a couple of weeks depending on what color is popular at the time.

I haven't had any complaints from my customers that a battery was dead or didn't last very long due to sitting in my box.

I would think you shouldn't have any problem charging a few at a time and still having plenty of charge to get thru your event.

Hopefully Leaford will jump in on this and confirm or correct me on this point.

There are no 808-style gang chargers that I've found. There are 5- and 10-gang 510 chargers but they generally provide only 100-150mAh charging current and in some cases that seems to be shared so charging multiple batteries takes on the order of 4 to 6 hours (I had one group that took nearly 8 hours to fully charge).

The best solution I've found so far is a Rosewill RHB-330 7-port USB hub from Newegg that has five of the ports mounted on top and includes a 2.1 amp wall wart power supply with roughly six-foot cord.

Only three chargers are pictured here but since then I've filled all five of the top ports with USB chargers and use the other two on the side for other chargers (PCC, eGo, etc.). I keep the whole thing Velcro'd near the back of my work bench. It's about $20 for the hub plus whatever you put into chargers (about $7.00 each). While it seems a little spendy it's a viable solution that works very well.

There are some generic USB hubs on Amazon with 10 top-mounted ports for under $10 that might work, but reports on the power supply output and power pass-through to the ports were iffy enough that I didn't go for it.

Hope this helps!
