You are absolutely correct.
There are also exclusions for any order delivered by sled dog, mule train, or Amish horse and buggy, all of which move under the radar of the SCTS (S. Claus Tracking System).

I don't have anything coming. Not because I am broke, but because my Reo is vaping up a storm and I just rebuild my coils when they start to taste bad.
With an initial investment and a bit of ingenuity, there is no reason to have to buy all kinds of gear. I used to be hooked on shopping for vape geAr myself. Nothing else I have tried has given me the vapor and flavor of a Reo, even my old Kayfun

2. The last edition to my gear is "MIA", "Missing In Antarctica", seriously, no "bleep" for 3 days, I hope the penguins vape because they're getting a primo piece of gear
3. I have enough juice to keep me going for way too long
So, can I squeeze by the compliance board or do I need a note signed by a penguin?

I got short ordered and am waiting for the vender to make it right. So "technically" I've got nothing in the mail that shouldn't have already been here. That count?
