I'm so ticked at myself....I took the Lemo Drop apart to rebuild the coil. Built the coil, installed it, looks so pretty then go looking for the base so I can check the ohms...it's no where to be found! I've looked over and under the chair, anywhere that I think it could be. It's gone! Guess this is my clue to put it away and not mess with it tonight! UGH....

It's not still on the firing device is it? May sound like a bit of a dumb question but, it happened once to me...

Well it didn't just get up and walk away and I'm sure you will find it in the very last place you look!

Loosing things that were just right there drives me nuts and I can not rest until I find them...

Found my base!!! It was in a spot that I never dreamed of looking... my work shoe! I had to check the ohms before I left though..,1.6. Yeah baby!!!

Yeah, I am not having one of my better weeks. Broke my leg, now have a 101.5 fever. You'd think I live in snow country and slipped on ice and got sick due to the weather. Plus, why would I go back to bed when I just got out of bed?

Joss, once you have taken off the base, the glass tank slides off. I twist and pull gently until it completely separates. Those 2 o-rings do a good job of holding the glass in place, but it will begin to slide off. Hope that made sense Joss.

Remember, the thicker o-ring goes on the top side of the tank.

How come you have to replace the o-rings? They've gone bad already?

Good news that it separated for you Joss. For me, after removing the tank for the very first time, it comes off much easier the next time.

Afternoon, peeps! Can I get some advice regarding my iStick 30W? I've only had it for a few day and I REALLY like it. BUT, I don't like the steel tip. Is there somewhere I can buy a different tip? The tip keeps clanking on my front teeth . My front teeth -- gotta keep 'em. Any advice on other tips and where I can purchase them?
