I really like the look of this, and it's at VapeNW for $15.99, but I've never had a PC tank. How careful do you need to be with juices and PC?

(Darn it! I knew I shouldn't start reading great threads. Now I'm shopping again.)
Any known tank crackers are a definite NO GO, but spare tanks are available from 3F Vape.
They will also crack if you push down to hard while trying to align the bottom 510 adjustment, this has only happened to one user so far and I don't know how hard he was pushing.

One must always have new shinies inbound at some point... :D

Here is an old thread on known juice the last post has the list entries.

Thanks! I'll bookmark the thread in case I ever get PC tank (And I'm picturing how that KS might look on a mod). So far, I've only had glass, but I remember seeing that on Mt Baker when I used to order there.

Point them to the Womper thread... I don't have a device that will do over 75W but there are some Snow Wolf users in there. ;)

ETA: They looking for the best flavor build on 150W+?

That one is definitely going on my list! :thumb: I don't vape any tank crackers, so shouldn't have a problem there. Just have to decide whether to get the stainless at $4 less or the black one. :D

ETA: Oops, quoted the wrong post. Meant your post with the vid, TD.

Probably, but I don't judge :). What makes us each happy is all that matters. I don't criticize people who are happy with Evods, nor those who vape at 200W. But, I'm totally out of my element here. Until a few weeks ago I scoffed at the idea of making Claptons. Who needs that, I wondered? You know what? They are really nice for flavor in my bigger airflow stuff. I even squeezed one into the Urba, and now its one of my favorite tanks. Came out to 0.72 ohm so no lower than many of my dual coil builds. That tank was really ho hum for me, and I was disappointed. Now I think its awesome.
I don't judge either, whatever works for you is all good by me.

When one walks into a local B&M's looking for a new juice to try, the Rose already to go with empty tank and new wick. Half a dozen guys hanging around the counter all with Twisted Messes or 13H9H RDAs on 150W+ boxes, at least one or two will have that smirk on when they see the Rose. To them eVod users are just flat out beginners, people with a Subtank Mini are the newb's who don't know any better about clouding and then there is me... With this Rose V2 from an era long past (so they assume) and I don't think they know what pigeonhole to put me into.

I get a kick out of it, that same mentality is rampant on FB vaping groups in spades. Post a picture of an Origen Genesis you'll get a few likes, maybe a comment to the tune of "What the Hell is that?". Post a Doge, Dark Horse or 13H9H and you cant keep up with the replies and "Me Too" pictures...

I don't judge, but they should leave the superior cloud vapitude at home as well.

I didn't mean to rant up your thread.

I have someone PMing me for help making a build for 150+W, lol! I think he picked the wrong person :)

I once tried 100W for about half an hour. Then turned it back down to 55W. And if I hadn't gotten that Aromamizer I probably never would've hit the 50W mark.

    Send them my way

I'll have them vapin at 8 watts in no time at all. LMAO

No, I'm sure Hurricane girl and I garnered some snickering at the B&M on Friday :). We had gone into a little room away from the cloud chasing college boys. They were probably saying, there's two "old" ladies building tootle puffs, but they have some mechs and RDAs, too. And an istick 100W with some weird tank on it. Lol!

We did judge a little cloud contest though :)

Lol! I'm not sure his mod goes down to 8W :). The istick 100Ws do though if you want massively long battery life. I saw you have a 50W. Is that not the most amazing battery life?

Would have been great if you could have borrowed one of there mods on the way out, chucked a cloud for them. Then passed the box back and said it was alright but had a weak build on it as you left. ;)

Hah! I've had similar happen, but it was quite some time ago. My response was something to the effect of, "I vape at around 15 watts, why are you asking ME?"

These days, I venture as high as 20, or as low as 0.65 on a mechanical. Back when the first Tootle Puffer thread started, I got the impression that 15 watts was the cut-off to be considered a TP, but I gather that's not the case anymore?

    Here's the gear I use the most, a DNA30, a DNA40, and a mechanical:

Atties are Cyclones with air holes opened up to a whopping ~1.3mm. I made the mistake of drilling one out to 1/16". Too airy!

Sure, I've got some Chalices and Nuppins too. They go on the nice mods, and are run the same way.

Oh, and y'all can keep your tanks. If I wanna see what's up with a build, all I have to do is pull the cap off and it's right there. No need to drain anything, close valves, or otherwise fiddle around. But I've got 6ml of juice and an 18650 in a form-factor that rides comfortable in my shirt pocket, just like a pack of smokes did for 36 years...

I've found the same kind of attitude in vape shops with my Achilles -- it's very obviously an RDA, with the all-metal body... but then I exhale my wispy vapor, and they just look confused. :D

My custom-etched CF4s get a lot of envious looks, though... ;)

Those 3D printed squokers look amazing!

I see you have never experienced the vaping bliss that is a Flash e-Vapor V3...
Just pull the 5ml tank off and the two post deck is right there.

I have someone making me clapton ribbon coils for my Lemo. He claims they will increase the flavor 5 fold. I'll let ya know when I get them in this week.

I also found these and forgot to post them last week for you all.

These are transformer drip tips that are stackable. Other 510 drip tips fit inside them as well.

Also some of the best prices I have ever seen for stuff and lightning fast shipping. I ordered on Thursday and got it on Saturday from NC to Va.

Hard to beat .42 cent drip tips
