I vaped it for half a day, before I used the batteries for the ipv D2. Not much a button rattle, so maybe I got lucky or they've done something to fix it. I'm hoping for good battery life, especially if it's parallel. I went with the LG HG2, 3000mAhs. Will that really mean I might have 6000 mAh?

Yes! The battery life is fantastic.

I accidentally almost bought an iStick 100W, too, today. In fact, the page is still open and I might accidentally give in to temptation! :D

Vapor Beast right now has the iStick 100W on sale for $31.95. And if you use the coupon code "lincoln" it brings it down to $26 and change. That's why I'm so tempted.
How can you go wrong for $26... If it turns out to be bad or have issues, it's only $26 ;)
People spend more on a couple of coffees and biscuits from Starbucks...

Yeah, that's what I keep telling myself. But it's really not just $26 because I'd need to buy a pair of new batteries. I have a bunch of Sammy 25Rs, but think it would probably be better to dedicate pairs of batteries right from the start. So really that would be another $12+ shipping, since Vapor Beast doesn't seem to have any good batteries in stock.

I got lucky, in that by the time I could afford another four batteries, 101vapes had a battery sale. Yeah, it was a chunk of change for that first mod, given that I had to buy my first sets of batteries & a charger.

Yes, you need married pairs. 101vape using code "blowout" has some good battery deals. I went to illumn and got vtc4s,, but I'm running these high power.

The iPV D2 order also came with 1000 mL of 100 mg nic. It's @AndriaD's fault. She's got me preparing for the vapocalypse, except now I'm convinced that I need a mechanical mod, too.

Vaporrange has black Stingray Xs (Infinite) for $15 and free shipping.

Hmmm. Just checked 101 Vape. They're out of stock on several of the good batteries. They have a lot of Efest, but I don't trust them. They do have some LG HG2s. 20 amp, 3000 mah. They're out of HE2s and HE4s. Does anyone know if the HG2s are okay? I've never used LG batteries before. I definitely never vape over 15 watts, seldom over 10. So a 20 amp battery should be more than sufficient for me.

They're supposed to be good for lower powered vaping -- mooch approved and all.

This might sound funny, but almost all of my mechs are topped with tootle tanks. I find they vape splendidly on mechs and I can get a good vape down to about 3.5v on the battery. Cloud chuckers have too slow of ramp up time on mechs, and are best on regulated mods.

Makes sense to me.
