yeah, the only two issues i have with my stone tank (other than gurgly sometimes) is that stupid ring at the bottom with the black wire attached to it (has not broken but doesnt like to stay in the bottom all the time) and the 2nd one being that when i screw on the top cap, the innards like to turn also lol... which is why im upgrading to Viva Nova tank

What worked for me was to remove the expansion ring from the base and screw the tube and coil assembly into the base as tightly as possible so it can't rotate when you screw the top cap on.

Yea, I did it, got my order in. Know that my eyes are completly blurry from staring at this screen for a few hours. And this is with my reading glasses on LOl. I aslo orderd one of the new nova tanks but could not get the innards because they were still coming up sold out. I left message in comments with payment to have them add 2 innards for me. Maybe I missed something somewhere, and its just as well, cause I had to stop somewhere, but are there no top coil Phoenixi (phoenixes, Phoeni....i'm not sure how to pluralize it)? I only saw bottom coil..
