MWA: I tried your trick and so far all is perfect (I'm baffled, I swear last time I did this it was a disaster)
But I'm only 50% down the tube. Let's see if it starts flooding as I go, will post later.[/QUOTE]
CVap,,, just my opinion but any type of tank type system needs to be refilled once it gets down to say 25% level, you run into a pressure thing where the tank looses Pressure, I refill mine once I have 1/4 full tank on any and every tank I have, Atty tank, Carto tank, Phoenix tank, it's just normal and how they all work, once all that slop of air gets in there they work differently and not the same, and with these Phoenix its the same = 1/4 tank it' refill time, and that's OK with me, just my 2c
Edit: My current Phoenix is now at 25% full, I'm gonna see if it will vape to empty this time, I havent tried that yet, so will see, I think it just may CVap,,,,, So the Mod is working for you ?
Edit #2: Vaped it to the bottom, started getting a little gurgly after it got down to about the 20% full level, but still vaped it till the liquid got to the opening of the wicks, no problem on mine. Like I said any tank will start to change how it works once all that air gets in it and there isnt any pressure, but for the mot part this Phoenix worked pretty dam good till the bottom. Very happy with these, Chris and Danno did a very nice job with the Phoenix in my opinion, and knowing them they will probably have the next batch even better, and the one after that even better yet. Looking forward to what else they have coming too.
So many vendors just take what there Chinese manufacturer's give them, without even testing and sell lots of the garbage that is forced at them, Chris and Danno no better and do it the right way with testing there gear time and time again until it is acceptable,( turning down a lot of the new gear that is put in front of them too ) every once in a while something can slip through with anyone but for the most part how these two gentleman work there line of products is more then acceptable in my opinion, and they do a dam good job in my opinion also. I know Chris will put his stamp on this industry before he ever leaves it too.
