I've been using Stardusts with an eGo adapter from ProVape. All the Stardusts have worked just fine with it. I recently got 3 of the Phoenix 3ml tanks and none of them work with this adapter.

If you are using an eGo adapter with the 3ml Phoenix, where did you get your adapter.

Interesting that even the 1.5ml Phoenix XL's (I know they don't need the adapter) don't fire when screwed into the adapter.Yet the adapter will fire up Boge & Smoketech carto's as well as various 510 and 306 atty's. It's justs seem the Phoenix line-up doesn't mate well with this eGo adapter.

I also noticed that the 3ml tank doesn't mate well with a couple of my Joye eGo batts. Have about 6-8 of these and it doesn't work on a couple of them.

Thanks for any tips on where to get an eGo adapter that works with the Phoenix.

could be its not quite reaching the center pin. with most of the ego adapters i have played with if you hold the center pin solid from the bottom side and unscrew the part inside the hole with a small screwdriver. the top and bottom of the center pin thread together and by unscrewing it a little you can make it longer which will raise the center connection inside.
hope this is helpfull

Wasn't such a great idea after all. Have no idea yet why some work and others suffer but I fall into the latter and no matter how much I open up the coil hole there is no improvement. About the only difference is the bigger the hole the quicker the juice runs out the bottom if I break the vacuum seal at the top. Apparently the ones that are working well are maintaining just a little less than a perfect vacuum.

When working perfectly they are the equivalent of an auto drip atty as far as I can tell though I certainly haven't been there yet. :)

Cleaned and did a dry burn for the first time in several week on my dual coil Clearomizer last night. Had forgotten what a satisfying vaping unit is. Should keep me away from experimenting with the bottom coil units for a while.

getting the wick to the optimum thickness and length is still the most stable fix for me, the trick is finding it, and trial and error seems to be the only way

which dual coil clearo are you using? I recently got one as a sample, very impressed.

Well my first XL bit the dust after using and abusing it since a week ago last Monday and countless fills. The drip tip I've been using fit a little snugger than most and I guess it split the tube. Lost half a carto of juice all over the place. Guess I'll save it since the innards are still working top notch. It's like they were just getting broke in. Hope my second one is as good as the first. Think I'll order a couple more boxes anyway. About the time I stock up they'll come out with 808 lol.

Thanks, I've seen adapters that 'do that'. But this one is like a solid post and can't be "unscrewed" to lengthen it.

As the saying goes, necessity is the mother of invention. Got the wife's Mothers Day gift in today that comes with a pricey drip tip. Had to find a solution quick!

What ‘eGo’ cone do you use, as in where did you get it. I have multiple Joye eGo cones and none of them will fit the 1.5ml Phoenix.

I have been using a kgo cone and a nogo ego cone on my e- power but I would think any ego cone would work it would just be a tight fit

I've found that even eGo and Riva cones aren't exactly the same in terms of top diameter - a long time ago I bought silver and black "Big Bore" cones from Hoosier e-cig in hopes they would fit over my BD syringe tubes that I was using on ce2s at the time - they were still a little small - however, they fit perfectly over the 1.5 Phoenix cartos with great air flow - I thought GV had a bigger opening on their cones but you might want to check with Bad or Danno first.

Great! Thanks Rolondo, these look good.

If you read this can you let 'me/us' know if your cones fit over the Phoenix XL's, with breathing room? ;) One stop shopping would be nice.

The best price I could find was 510 Tank Twin Coil Clearomizer - E Cig : Joye eGo & eGo-T | Boge Leo | Cartomizers | E-Liquid | Electronic Cigarettes | eGo Tank at $3.95 each but $5.00 shipping.

Where did you get yours?

I'm still having a great vaping experience with these. I just adjust the stem according to the juice I'm using and they are great. I got 2 more people to get pv's and give up analogs since the phoenix came out. Giving #2 his bolt kit today and a pack of the higher ohm phoenix. I've been sick the past few days, real sick. Lying in bed, one dry hit would have killed me. I could barely speak a single word for 2 days. Not a dry hit in the house! Also I need a new favorite state after NC mess the other day... Any suggestions?

I find it's actually amazing how good they work on a regular old time Stick type 510 Batt. There just isn't any need for a Mod with these Phoenix carto's anymore if your looking for a low profile nice little ecig just put one on an Auto 510 Batt, no button to push, just take a drag and very much like an analog using this set up, I can see this set up really helping people quit smoking with ease !

Similar to what Cyrus did on page 24.
This holds 6-7 ml and vapes outstanding along with same outstanding flavor.

I tried my ego cones and could fit them, but when I screwed them onto the battery it totally cut off the airflow, just too tight.

Too bad, it would have made them look a lot more finished. The phoenix works awesome but looks cheesy without a cone.
