Well, the excitement certainly has died on this thread.

ops doesn't seem to be too "potential customer service" oriented so it seems unlikely that we will see much info here. I find the Ploom fb page vapid and uninformative and will not be following the info there. Maybe an email will go out if the list is ever opened for sales?

Yeah as you may have figured out, someone else ordered it for me. They are going to use it for a bit then send it to me. There has to be others that are getting them too. Is anyone here besides me is getting one? I think you have to have got an email because its only a certain amount of people that can get one or something. I got all the flavors besides the "Blue Tea".

I would be interested in the users reactions to the "Ploom". I got an email from them and decided against getting one. The 'pots' seem to me to be very expensive over the long run. At this piont I will continue DIY mixing.

But, again, am very interested in hearing from those that try these out.

I am getting one of these out of curiosity more than anything. Who knows what the end result could be. Perhaps it will work so well for what I am looking for I won't bother with "e-cigs" anymore, maybe not.

Something I thought about though is it states each POD lasts 5-10 minutes. I wonder if they mean "if device left in on position", and right now I am assuming they do mean just that. I noticed on the video (on their site), the off switch. Normally when I vape I will take 4-5 hits max and set it down for quite a while. Sometimes (rarely) I will vape more hits in a session but for the most part it consists of 2-5 hits and done. If this is the case (don't know yet just speculating based on observation) then 1 pod could last me 1 day. Even if 5 pods lasted me 1 day it is better than 12/day (1 pod pack). In any case ~will report on refilling.
