That wasn't the issue, that has happened to me before too and like you I just would wipe it off and problem was fixed. This time it would keep turning on as soon as the atomizer was tightened on it, so I had to keep tightening and loosening it to vape on it. I was kind of hesitant to bake it or pour alcohol into the switch so I decided to just let it dry naturally to see if it would work. I just right now tried it again and it's working perfectly. I sent an email to Caesar informing him about it. Whew!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it remains as it is now. Thanks fellow Precious owners for your feedback and encouragement and thank you too Caesar for replying so fast. I can now
again.

Actually got one from Hong Kong that was ordered on the 20th and another from Cali ordered on the 24th. No Precious for me...
Good news is that it officially qualifies for a lost mail file to be opened my the sender, but that's it.
OUCH!! Well, you'll have to wait untill Caesar gets back before he can even initiate the lost package trace. I feel your pain! 
at least it made it back. I ship international packages everyday and from my experience: maybe the shipping label was damaged somehow so the postal workers didn't know where to deliver it. or a typo while shipping or you filling out shipping info.
also I like how advanced the Precious is, awesome technology. Does the touch sensor turn on based on capacitance across it? I'm assuming that's how you get the ability for it to not turn on in your pocket. phone touch screens use the same capacitive technology.

I love mine and this is what i was told !A resistance switch needs two electrodes to be physically in contact with something electrically conductive (for example a finger) to operate. They work by lowering the resistance between two pieces of metal. It is thus much simpler in construction compared to the capacitance switch. Placing one or two fingers across the plates achieves a turn on or closed state. Removing the finger(s) from the metal pieces turns the device off.
Oh cool even easier. This makes me want to do another senior design project and create a nice little efficient e-cig.

I received my tracking numer on May 17th, according to the link that was sent with it, my Precious left the country on the 19th,since then, I've got nothing.
I've pasted the tracking number in the USPS tracking site, and it tells me that there is no information regarding that number, it doesn't exist.
Should I be concerned about this? Today is the 30th, and still nothing..........

Tammy mine took 16 days from the actual time it left Romania.And i never recieived a actually up date from USPS! It just showed up! I wouldn't be worried at this point!Give it a few more days !
According to the Precious.ro website, Caeser is back home, all is OK, and he is getting back to work...
It comes registered mail which, in most cases, only has the tracking updated after delivery.
Mine did show up on tracking as received in the distribution hub in NYC after it cleared customs and it was updated only after they had it long enough to actually arrive at my address. (The tracking update showed the correct date received, but didn't appear on the site for about a week after that date.)
I have occational deliveries by USPS that never reach me and have to be resent. I believe there is a substitute delivery person that is either pretty dense or has something against me. I've also had UPS deliveries that keep going back to distibution. (One went back to an AZ hub 6 times before it was able to make it to Indiana where it was misplaced on the truck going to my address on a Friday and I had to wait until Monday to get that package.)
Trust me. If there is bad luck to be had on deliveries, it is more likely to happen to me.

Caesar is back and a bit swamped.
We have been communicating and getting things worked out so I can finally receive my Precious.
He said yesterday that his email had so much coming in that he had trouble finding some of mine.
I know whenever I take any time off it takes me a month to get back to only being 2 weeks behind again. He's probably in much the same situation.

I am waiting on Caesar to catch up and hopefully he does. I keep looking at "another" mod that has a juice feed system and then back to Caeser's Precious lineup. Since I already have a -L and love it, I am just on the sideline waiting for him to release the -U. At first I was going to just get the juice feed for my -L (and I may still), but I noticed he is changing the material for the -U to lighten the mod, it will be variable voltage so I can use 18650/2X18350s but control the voltage, and it will have an auto juice dispenser. So I wait.
I have been so happy with my Precious -L I can't see using anything else for serious vaping. I carry a smaller mod with cartos on a lanyard, but if I am stationary I am dripping or using a cartomizer on my Precious w/ an 18650 in it. It has proven to hit so well and reliable, I have a hard time with using anything else I have!
