I'll pass ty! I ordered 2 ! And was one of the very first to get the lv1! So from what i understand He will work his way down from the original owners list.And the start on # 101 on the Lv2! I love the fact that people were skeptical to get the first one! It's still my all day mod! And the LV2 will be well worth the wait! When its done its done! Still fustrating i know!

from what i understood the only privilege that Precious owners are getting is that they will be able to get the "U". thats all. never heard anything about previous owners being the first ones in line for the LV2. so if you get number 299 and wanna buy a U hes gonna sell you one whenever he has it available but you'll still gonna be number 199 on the waiting list for the LV2

The question is you owned? Did you order it directly from Caeasar? Then you will be given priority on the list! Sorry misterD! I was personally told all previous Precious owners will have their orders processed first.And then he will work his way down the new list! That's only fair to the previous owners who knew of this mod well before any one else! So with that being said if i was like # 999 and you were # 101 and had never directly ordered a Precious from Caesar.Then yes i will get one before you.

I chatted with Caesar tuesday of this week.He is refining the JD. Trust me he is hard at work!

I'm glad he's making sure its right before it ships. Also, taking a gauge of preorders but not taking money was a good move as well. Otherwise, this could have turned into another Carlos Juice Box debacle:

Carlos faced a string of supply and manufacturing issues AFTER he had taken money from a few hundred folks. Being busy with fixing the problems, he didn't get on the site to address the issues that many were having. In addition, he also wasn't a registered supplier on ECF, so folks like Chucklehead couldn't get on the site to pass along dispatches from him without getting censured or banned. There was damned near a lynch mob by the time it was over.

Thankfully, it looks like these issues were avoided. Take your time, Caesar. It's all good.

I agree I don't want it shipping until it's ready and I applaud the fact caeser won't release it until it's perfect, however the 10 seconds to type a response here saying he was still refining the JD to get it perfect before releasing it would save a lot of questions and guessing.

No one has any money payed into it yet, so no reason to get to excited is there? They are essentially on a waiting list. The product Caesar makes is well worth the wait IMO, especially considering that he is making huge improvements on the original based on user inputs and experiences. The last update he had was that there is an issue with the JD. Nothing more to update, so not much more to say. Caesar has always represented himself in a conservative fashion IMO. He don't really say a lot if ya know what I mean... he lets his customers do it for him, in the sense of reviews etc. Ever hear him talk during a video? Be patient. Course this is easy for me to say, cause I have a Precious -Lv1.

Clyde you hit the nail on the head there sir! As Jolly said this is a pre order list! PATIENCE PEOPLE!

All valid points, and with all due respect for those comments and with full appreciation for the fact that he won't ship till he's happy with the quality, it doesn't change anything - I think you are missing the spirit of the question from those asking... Lots of you guys are enjoying your L's and are already appreciating some of the benefits that others are not- Add to that, you guys know that you'll be among the first to have the new L2s .... people are making buying decisions today out of need, not just want for the newest toy- in that light, it would be nice to get an update from Caesar that simply says he's still working on it.

Additionally, there could be more clarification on his plans for production and shipping beyond the first few- Keep in mind, all we have officially is that the order site still says "PS: lead time rough estimate is 2 weeks (beginning of September for the first units)." - He started at order #101 and we're now over #300 on the preorders. We know priority/preference is going to those who already own Precious devices. So when would one expect to see a pre-order placed today? For all we know he's got 200 of the PV's already made up and ready to go pending JD's- That would be great news indeed but till we hear from Caesar, its just another speculation.


I'm going to try a different twist- maybe get this conversation and the tone a bit more constructive in nature.

I had been using my eGo when I leave the house and want to carry something a bit lighter. It doesn't quite do it for me any more and I haven't touched mine in a few weeks other than to check and refresh the batteries- Also, I don't like being tied to the eGo batteries and custom chargers - I fear the USB charger dongle could go at any time and I don't want to invest in them any more. Time to get a new device that I can carry in a suit pocket without recieving strange looks in the office.....

I really need to move to a true 3.6/3.7V device but after experiencing a runaway (no explosion) I'd prefer to have something a bit more sophisticated than a flashlight with an on/off switch- meaning something with voltage regulation, short circuit, and cut off features (on top of protected batteries)- like with the S and the M....
Looking at the M and S, I have a few questions- maybe someone who has one can answer:
- has anyone done any hands on comparison to an eGo (not talking about specs, but experience)?
- Has anyone checked the output of either under load?
- can the S with 10440 batteries handle an LR attie without overloading?
- What does "variable power based on touch surface" mean?

Perhaps if we knew the L2's won't ship for several months, some would entertain buying up some of the stock of M's and S's?

Hey jimho, guess we're in the same situation. I'm using an eGO and clones currently and looking to upgrade.

Personally I'm only looking for an AFS so I'm not interested in the L2 without the JD. On the waiting list for a few other juice boxes.

Have you checked out all the other mods? I know none of them have all the features you're looking for but a few do have "blowout" protection and most take protected batteries.

Good luck on your search, I might get my next mod (got to love/hate non-mass produced products). I'm all for box mods (not sure if you are since you said you're worried about strange looks).

Hoping the L2 isn't vaporware but if it is, no point getting hung up over it.

I don't think it's vaporware at all... I'm confident it will be shipped eventually...

I have other mods- not thinking of the L2 as pocketable... I'm thinking of the M or S in addition to the L2..... I already think the Prodigy V3 is too big/heavy to tote around daily (although I do)...
I don't think the L2 will be much shorter and it will be a bit thicker and heavier...
Different mods for different purposes.....

I've got a box mod on the way that I picked up for a nice price with a feed. Nothing as sophisticated as these though - and correct- that runs with protected batteries but no protection circuitry ..... When you live in NY and your e-cig budget = what you would have spent on analogs, it makes it a bit easier to stomach the cost of buying gear (to a point) - I won't be buying the platinum version ;-) + I'm starting to rebuild my attys (just waiting for the wire) and I already have enough juice and DIY flavors to last several months.... so it's probably going to be just a few mods and flavors for the rest of the year...who knows, I might start sticking some of that $ back in my pocket

I looked at several box mods - a few have juice feeders, a few have voltage regulators and most of those are linear regulators which suck your batteries... I don't think any of the current ones or announced mods will compare to the L2 assuming it's all it's cracked up to be....
