That said, a quick dispatch from Caesar would go a long way towards putting everyone at ease and avoiding an Ides of March scenario. Admittedly, it's a bit of a balancing act; time spent communicating means less time on the redesign and release of the production JD, and that benefits no one.

Good news Caesar is alive and well! He will making a announcement in about a week!Now this is what i was told by a previous Precious owner that emailed him! So it looks like very soon!

September 23rd, 2010 at 12:55 AMLog in to Reply Caesar is okay and well as I just got some news directly from him. He is super busy working on making enough usb & serial cables for the Precious units as well as some new optional coatings. Give him a little more time to finish up what he is working on so he can give us some good news.

For the people that want to change options or other things, don’t worry about it because the order forms were just so he could estimate how many base units, sensors, JD, usb/serial cables and raw materials he needs to have on hand in order to fulfill the orders. You will have the option to make changes before submitting the final order so no need to panic. Nobody has paid for anything yet so none of the orders are final until that time.

Ps, I see bassdv8 has gotten impatient after he told everybody to “leave the poor guy alone” 1 week ago lol

Caesar has update his site- with some interesting info- Pics of unfinished stainless and aluminum chassis...
If I read this right, it looks like there won't be JD with stainless- if you want JD you'll have to go to aluminum......

I'm happy just to get the L2 itself. The JD's will be available in aluminum, think you could use them on other mods but not sure. You just can't combine aluminum with stainless steel.
